I am not computer literate and this computer is very easy to use and fast.

Blazing fast. I really like my new HP computer the new intel i7 chip rips through data..Not a fan of the keyboard and mouse however, and looking to replace them with something more comfortable

I purchased two computers with in one month. I bought a Dell & a HP. The Dell machine failed within 90 days. The HP worked well for my needs, work & home. I have not found any satisfaction from dell or best buy regarding my dell computer. I did purchase a second HP computer to replace my dell.

The price was good. I do not have a single complaint. The machine meets fully my expectation. It has been running very smoothly and fast enough for me. Moreover, I cannot ask for more storage space for my documents, photos and my music collection. Great Computer!

It's really swell. It's really good looking and hook up is pretty easy. Buy one, you'll like it.

So very happy with this computer. Thanks to the person on line from help center who suggested it.

A couple of dislikes. 1. The vertical cd drive I am not liking. 2. The keyboard is small and not arranged conveniently. The arrow keys in particular. 3. The mouse as erratic. I thought I could adapt to them , but not easy to.do. I switched to my old key board.

Much faster than my old one. Attractive looking tower. Comes with Microsoft 10 which doesn't handle much of my older programs. Also has a trial subscription to Office 365. Be aware the trial is limited.

After a year and a half of struggling with another brand of desktop, I purchased this HP Envy. What a difference! It does everything I need it to do and it's fast. I work from home, so a dependable computer is essential. This one supports and encourages my work.

excellent personal computer and very fast. the keyboard did not work when I took it out of the box and Best Buy would not trade it for a new one. I had to buy one. They would have traded the whole pc for a new one but they did not have another one.

From box to working in 30 minutes or less. Seems to be working fine up to this point. Much faster than its previous computer, but that may be the standard now. It replace an eight year old Dell with windows 7 as its operating system.

I am still getting everything set up and working off this and my old computer, but am satisfied that all will transfer well. since I am going from windows XP to windows 10, still on learning curve, easy to set up.

I upgraded my system in order to run dual monitors and also to bring it up to date. I also use it for work projects and I have had no problems running spread sheets, payroll and various other programs. Glad I brought it!

Decent computer. A little slow on the boot up and I expected media would start up a little quicker, but all and all fine. Only other down side so far is the silver front on the tower scratched really easily.

This computer was a great purchase to enhance my business!

This computer is an excellent machine. The Optane memory works as well for fast startup as a solid state drive. The computer is fantastic for the dollars spent.

8 hours of use each day for 1 1/2 years and not an issue. Lots of storage, connectivity always good. Unless you need extra disc players etc, the standard issue is just fine.

Never had a problem with HP. Always performs and durable.

I am extremely happy with this computer. I wish it was upgrade able past 16GB RAM but that is my only issue. As I’m using a 49” Sony 4K Television as a monitor right now, I sprung for a $100 Nvidia 1030 graphics card which installed easily and drives the TV at full 4K resolution. USB 3.0 is amazing, I’m copying a bunch of smaller hard drives to one of the BestBuy only WD easy Store 8TB drives and the transfer rate is a sustained 110MB/s, blazingly fast. I did pay Microsoft $99 for an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro which is fantastic and definitely buy CCcleaner Pro, it’s a bundle of 4 tools that will keep your PC running in tip top shape for years to come. I’m more of an Apple guy but I needed a PC and will only consider HP!

This machine replaced my old HP AiO which developed problems I couldn’t solve. It boots quickly and runs pretty fast. Wish I had known it comes with KB and mouse and I wouldn’t have bought another one!!
