When I tried to complete the online warranty form it wouldn't accept the serial number of the printer. This was the same serial number tech support needed to assist me. Rather frustraring.

I didn’t even think to ask if the printer/copier did double sided as I wrongly assumed that was a standard feature. I wish the sales rep would have thought to say something If you need double sided printing/copying this product is not for you
