Was talked into getting this by an employee. I was getting it to replace a 20 year old Canon that was acting up. The color printing was very disappointing. I did a color print on my old Canon and the same one on this Epson. The Epson was SUPER washed out looking. Very disappointing.

As a small business owner that prints copious amounts of paperwork, this printer fits all our needs. Especially after my last two printers ink cartridges exploded on me. Only downside, is it doesn’t do double sided printing.

It is working great! I had an earlier model and it stopped working due to inactivity. It performs exactly how I need it to perform. The only problem has been that when I try to register it, the serial number comes up as wrong.

Excellent printer/copier. One new feature I never had before is that it prints multi-page items in reverse order so they are in correct order when the printing stops. No auto-feed but I no longer work from home. It does make lots of random noise which I find funny.

Great little printer. It works perfect for a small home office.

Super simple system, and easy to setup. Not having to pay for “cheap” cartridges of ink saves a lot of money. Plus being able to print from your phone is handy.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this printer. The first one I purchased was defective in that it would jam everytime I tried to print. I promptly returned it to Best Buy and got the same model. Now, about 5 months later, it started to do the exact same thing and I am having to return it to Epson in exchange for a refurbished model. I was happy with our previous Epson XP-400, but not with this model.
