Excellent printer. Love the way you fill the ports wuth ink.

I purchased this printer to replace a HP inkjet printer that was used so infrequently that the ink in the cartridges would dry out before I printed even 50 pages. So far, it has met expectations.

Im stoked to never need a cartridge with a chip in it ever again. Ink tank is a no brainer for creatives and families.

Works as well as my previous printer and ECO tank ET-2650. The printing is a little slower, and seems to use the ink a little quicker than my other printer, but overall very happy with the printer and the price

Best printer on the market. It’s great for those who don’t print a lot. Used to be the cartridge would dry up in between my uses but with the ink tank it doesn’t.

Easy to load ink. Took a couple tries to connect WiFi. The app made it easier to connect.

Not very user friendly if you’re not a tech geek as far as trying to scan more than one document at a time.

I returned this item for another printer. This model does not have an automatic document feed, which is something I wanted. The ink is less expensive, with this model, which is nice.

The printer just prints so slow is not a fast printer

Easy to set up and working fine although print seems a little faint, not real dark. Unfortunately, right after setting up, onscreen display says it needs an update which I haven’t done yet? Display screen too small and hard to read.

Some issues with the unit doing wifi printing. All that it requires to fix is unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it’s 2025 and we should be past these minor headaches

We purchased this printer two years ago. Shortly after the warranty period, it stopped printing in color. When I ask for color printing, I get yellow and grey. I tried taking correction measures I accessed on the Internet, but none have worked. I have been using it for the past year to print, but only in black and white. The concept was good - I was excited not to have to buy ink cartridges every time I turn around - but it has failed to work for me.

Love this printer! I swapped the ink for sublimation ink, and I use it to make shirts. It’s awesome, and it doesn’t drop the wifi all the time like my other printer does.
