I have not used it much since I received it but Best Buy was the answer to my needs, by coming to my home and hooking everything up now I can also print from my I Pad as well as from the computer

Works just as documentation says. Have printed a significant number of black and white and color pages and ink levels have barely dropped. Am very pleased.

Great printer! It does what they say it should. I got tired of spending all that $$$ on those dang cartridges. It is nice to have the option now to fill exactly what I need when I need it.

Saving on ink is a major plus, but the amount of firmware updates is a frustrating. Overall the printer is well worth the money!

Wow! I never write reviews but most definitely wanted to share the good experience for this product. I searched online and at a few stores until finally finding it here. It’s very unique and can help especially in my case with being and entrepreneur and make brands of myself.

It was a little difficult to get it to work with our computer. Once I got it done, it works well. Love the ink tanks. I'll be able to see when we need ink!

Had high hopes for this printer after several disappointing experiences with HP. After all, Shaq recommended it! Easy to setup but a pain to print with wirelessly. I have to get up everytime and go over and hit OK or other commands to allow it to print. Does any company make a good easy printer? Inquiring minds want to know!

Affordable printer will work for most needs. Can be tricky refilling ink but much less expensive than traditional inks.

We have another Epson printer that uses the Tank-fill system, but I didn't want to spend as much and don't need some fancier features. So I bought the "little brother". It works perfectly for what I need, and no ink cartridges to refill, just like the 4800 model.

Best printer by far!! My Husband uses this for his business and has only had to change one ink cartridge in 2 years.

As a network home printer and working from home this all in one has been a great tool for all I need. The ink has been lasting a long time with wonderful print clarity.

Printer works well, especially remotely. Quality of actual printed page could be. Better. Technician who came and installed it was excellent!

At first the ink was spreading across the papers, i dont know if i didnt add the ink correctly or if its an issue within itself. So far so good havent had the ink do that since the first couple of prints.

While this is a good printer, It was a challenge for we 'older folks' who have been used to printer cartridges which we could install in a few minutes. I finally had to have a 'techie' from the Geek Squad come to the house on two occasions to set up the printer and link it to our computer. This was a computer that the Geek at Best Buy recommeded.. Obviously we are not very 'tech savvy' but it would have been helpful if the Geek at Best had told us something about setting up the printer. In over 25 years of owning a computer, I have never had a problem setting up the computer or the printer. The techies who create this equipment think we are all engineers.

Received it yesterday and set it up without issues. Today printed about 30-40 pages before it stopped printing. Page was still in there I was getting error 000022 paper jam error. Removed the paper which was in perfect condition and not wrinkled up or anything turned power off and back on, now I keep getting errors 000033 and 000032 and I can't print anything. I did google and youtube the errors and I don't think this is something a regular person should be expected to fix/work on especially on a brand new printer. Returning it tomorrow to Best Buy and will get another one and hope it's better, and if it is I will consider the first one a dud and adjust the rating. If the second one gets as much as a paper jam I'm returning it and going to get a Brother printer

This is the second one we purchased for our office due to the low cost and high quality. Highly recommend and the ink lasts forever!

Ordering this printer on-line was easy and delivery to the Best Buy store was quick. Had the Geek Squad do the install and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. All went very smoothly and we are very satisfied.
