Paper feed could be smoother. The app works better on my phone than computer. slightly frustrating technology and lacking customer service.

I wanted a printer that would help with printing a newsletter. This printer doesn't have a paper storage tray, it's a back feed. SO I have to reload it a lot. It doesn't automatically print on 2 sides; you have to manually flip them. But it does print slightly faster than the printer I had. I am hoping that the ink usage will be better.

I don’t print much and it’s not terribly fast, but the fact that I can refill the tanks and don’t have to worry about cartridges drying out sold me!

The driver software sucks to put it nicely as the icing on the cake! This thing has been nothing but problems!

It works well but if the paper is slightly misaligned then it will print with ink splotches in the upper corner. It was simple to setup no issues.

I purchased it because it is supposed to be the best for ink use/costs.
