DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

My last printer, (which was a HP printer that lasted only 4 months), could print my pages on both sides when I printed by Bluetooth from my phone. This printer does not and it wastes a lot of paper. I had paid quite a bit more for this printer than my other one, so I was surprised that it didn’t have a basic feature as this. It also prints slower than my other printer.

I set it up as instructed from the small written info. but after 2 printings I had to go online, went to computer Geeks (they were no help), called Geeks(as instructed) then called Emmerson. Very frustrating.
