Upon opening the box getting ready for setup. I couldn't find the ink that Supposed to be included in the package. I searched the box and the printer cause sometimes the inks are underneath an opening trying or on the ink placement section of the printer. Talking to support online they tried to tell me this printer didn't have the inks included box the box in the included items section state inks are included. I offer to take a picture to provide proof of what's supposed to be included. Needless to say support became unsupportive. So i will be returning the printer and go somewhere else to purchase a printer
