I purchased this printer in November 2023. I rarely I’ve the printer and there are issues. When I use different print settings like high quality or presentation matte, the print job often times pause mid print and then will spot out the page half printed. I usually purchase HP printers and thought I would give Epson a shot. I will be switching back to HP.

I have been very happy with this purchase. I hope the ink lasts as long as they say!

Been spending to much money buying ink cartridges, so I decided to upgrade to the Epson EcoTank and I’m happy with my choice!

Great printer, specially when you are trying to print pictures or any other stuff

over all pretty pleased with this printer. It goes to sleep often and I have to go shut it down and restart it when I go to print something. That's kind of annoying.

Excellent printer i originally had the et2760 But because of a bad paper feed It had to be returned

I love this printer because I am not constantly having to purchase a new ink cartridge. I can easily see the ink level as it is right at the front.

We replaced a worn out Canon Pixma MG8120 with this Epson EcoTank ET-2800. We wanted a good, basic printer that wouldn't cost a fortune in ink. I had heard great things about the Epson EcoTank for a long time, and was expecting much more, even from a basic printer. First of all, this is a very lightweight, sort of cheaply made printer. It took forever to set this thing up. I'm not sure how much of that problem was user error, but honestly I just followed instructions. I knew going in that it couldn't print duplex, but we don't need that very often so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to turn the paper over manually. My epic dissatisfaction at the moment is the fact that this printer won't print BORDERLESS unless it's 4 x 6 or 3.5 x 5. What? Are you serious, Epson? No matter what...I've spent hours today looking for a workaround. I tried all the tricks and nothing works. The printer is just okay. I think it was too expensive for what it is. Borderless in 2022 should be standard. Boo.

Very nice and efficient printer and pleased with purchase.

Printed two pages as a test when we first received it for our new business. Did not need it for a couple of months as we set up our new store. Went to use it and it no longer works. Re-set everything, ran every maintenance option there was and even plugged it directly into the computer with a cord and it DOES NOT WORK. Just what a new small business needs, a $260.00 paper weight. Will be returning to BestBuy and hoping they do the right thing. GET SOMETHING ELSE!!!

I've had this printer for a year and a half, I got it to print documents for returns and also to print pictures to add to scrapbooks and the like. Printer quality for photos is not great but the most important piece is that after a year and half, this thing won't work. About 4 months ago, I started having issues printing from my laptop but once I downloaded the app on my phone, and printed from there, it worked which was weird. Then about 2 weeks ago, the paper just won't feed. It starts to jam when nothing is obstructing the path, when I try to print again on fresh paper, it jams and says the rear paper feed is empty. Pass on this one!
