It constantly leaves lines in my color prints, it will splatter everywhere. And no I don't let it sit and dry up for 3 months, it gets used once a week at a minimum. If it was within 30 days I would return but I am stuck with it. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it does work, just not well.

Said paper jam bit there was no obstruction. Epson support was very unattentive and failed tp offer a feasible solution. Wanted me to put money down pr pay for shipping. They made me repeat myself many times and at the end frustrated me to the point i will never purchase epson again. Please bring your contact center to north amerixa instead of the philipines. While they are a kind culture, i dont need an apology every 20 sexonds akd i really dont wanna struggle to inderstand someone on the phone.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s obviously great as far as Ink is concerned based on it being an eco-tank printer but I have to say that it’s quite annoying that a lot of these functions that I’m used to being standard on my previous printer are not available or have to be taken care of manually. For example if I change the settings because I’m using photo glossy paper the printer will not print until I manually go up to the printer and press the button that says yes I want to continue and yes it’s a different type of paper that I’m using. In addition, had I bothered to read specs it doesn’t do two-sided printing which apparently I use more often than I thought. Read the specs carefully and consider what your needs are. Personally I don’t want to have to babysit my printer and tell it what to do when I’ve already sent the “electronic” command.
