Nice But Didn’t Last

Worked great for 8 months with zero and I mean zero issues. Last printed on 1/6/25 with no issue, then 1/8/25 it stopped picking up WiFi. Gone through hours of troubleshooting and deleting printer off Mac & completely wiping everything. WiFi module must have went out. Pretty sad to get 8 months of minimal use.

Great Printers But....

My ONLY problem with them is that the printheads seem to fail quickly. I have owned 5 ecotanks for my business and 3 printheads have failed. It's hard to justify after a shelf life of 2 years.

Hot Garbage

Bought it 3-4 days ago and started getting paper jam errors with the first print. Sometimes there is paper stuck and sometimes there is nothing stuck at all. Knew I should not have bought an Epson but I just had to listen to my wife who was adamant about getting an "ecotank". Trash.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer rep that helped me said all I had to do was plug it in and follow the promps, and that it did not have a disc for setup, or I could buy, because it does not come with one, a USB cord to connect it to my PC. wanting to cover all possibilities I bought a cable. When I opened the box I found both a disc and a USB cable. Every Wifi device in my house is connected to the router, but this printer refuses to connect to it even after it recognizes it as one of the Wifi connections available? I have it hard wired to the computer and it works. That is the best thing I can say about it!
