Broke on first time used. This is my second EcoTank - previous worked for one year, rigt after the return window closed. I live on a third floor unit and will need to hire someone to come upstairs and get the printer for repair. Geek Squad does not provide pick up service, so BEWARE of false 4-year guarantee.

Pretty disappointing! The quality of the images I printed were awful, even with resolution set extremely high I could see the pixels in the image. Tried many different settings and ended up taking the printer back. This printer is NOT photo quality, and the colors looked awful. Over time, I've noticed the things I printed look even worse. Also - the whole eco jet thing is a total scam. I only printed a few test images and I could SEE the ink going down. No way is that ink going to last months. Why is it so impossible to find a decent printer? I've given up. On the up side - Best Buy accepted this return with no questions asked for a full refund. Thank you, Best Buy!

Product description by Best Buy is not accurate about “rear loading”, the rear tray does not open at all to lay paper flat, to avoid any runs or lines through saturated photos. Will be returning and purchasing elsewhere or directly from Epson.
Employees at store are not very knowledgeable, unfortunately.
The customer should not have to pay extra for “geek squad” service, just to have a good customer service experience.

Prints well; wish the paper feed held more paper (it's a top feeder).

Stay away from this printer. After less than six months, I received an Ink Pad error (the printer will no longer work). I ordered a replacement and installed it, but the error remains. The website Customer Service is a bust. Finally, I had to call the technical number, but it referred me to another number. Once I got ahold of someone, they told me my printer was no longer under warranty and that I would have to take it to the repair dealer. Of course, per their email, nothing came up when I looked for a local repair dealer in my area. All I want it to reset the code. This is crazy. I will never rebuy Ebson! This printer is a total waste of time/money.

I live in rural America. I’ve had this printer for a couple of months and cannot get it to hook up To my iPhone . I’m not very tech savvy and am sure is mostly me. I wish I had sent to back.
