Its okay but seems like the jet clogs up easily, which messes the prints

I bought this printer on January 25th, 2024. It's only been 6 months since then, and the printer is already unusable. It stopped working all of a sudden; the feeding mechanism doesn't work. It displays a warning that there is paper stuck, but there is nothing in it. I cleaned and checked the rollers, and there is no clear evidence of paper being stuck. It tries to lead the paper into the inner rollers, but for some reason, it seems to stop before it actually touches them and doesn’t push it all the way.What a piece of crap; it's a waste of money. I’ve spent so much time trying to get it to work but couldn't fix it. Now I'm frustrated because I don't know if the warranty will replace it or fix it. I'm very disappointed.

Shipping was fast and the unit is real easy to hook up and operate. It came with all four of the ink fillers also. I have not had the printer but about a month but so far so good.

I am so upset. I have only had this printer 8 months and now it is have feed errors so I cant print anything. The keeps jamming. I didnt even use it a lot. Now I am out the money and have to get a new printer.

No matter what I do I cannot get a clean copy - the black ink doesn't fill in the entire word and its been this way since purchase. Also, the colors are not very vibrant.

I did not like this printer. I got lots of paper errors and I don't like the paper entry which is on the back and the printed papers destination is on the front of the printer

Love my Epson printer. No cartridges to be bothered with.

Be careful with the setup. I consider myself fairly savvy at setting up home office items. This printer required several attempts to print well.

Could not get printer to communicate with computer without GEEK support. Cynthia, in India, was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and successful after 1 hr. Setup was impossible without her help as program did not ID problem.

Printer seems pricey. But practical and ink isn’t too bad

The good: you can easily see the ink levels, it does print. The bad: It will only print on one side of the paper so I have to print one page turn it over and then print the next page on the back :( Print quality is not good. I had to call Epson to get it hooked-up. They had to call me back after getting more info. It took 3 phone calls before someone could get it figured out. Big waste of time. I'm sorry I bought it but it was too late to return it.

Wonderful concept and no more inkjet cartridges needed.

Although this seems somewhat flimsy, it is quite adequate for low quantity home use. Not user friendly hooking up, and buttons need more than just symbols.

I would not but this printer again as it does not automatically print doubled sided. It is easy set up. When you are printing documents with many pages you have to manually feed that paper in the back to do double sided. I is a software issue Per Epson

Purchased as a gift. I do not have this nor do I use it.

Loved this printer but sadly it’s functions don’t really last. Wish I had never returned my tango printer. This one’s ink pad gets full quick and then it’s a whole hassle and takes 7-10 days to get a replacement only if there is warranty from epson

Ink was easy to fill with no mess. Installation went well.

Love the printer would buy again and would recommend

Feels good to get rid of those annoying cartridges.
