Printers have gone backwards over the years. Why make a printer that prints only on one side? Backwards. Doesn't easily stay connected wirelessly. Backwards. Doesn't connect wireless well when unplugging the chord to use laptop away from printer. I use at tax time and occassionally. Know my headache has just started. Electronics don't need to be this hard.

The print quality is low, but that may be because I didn't follow the setup instructions that closely. I like the multi functionality.

Haven't used it much but so far so good. Plastic is kind of flimsy and price should be lower

The feature I liked on my old Epson printer was 2 sided printing. This was available on a more expensive model but I chose this because of cheaper ink

The print quality is okay, there is no difference between this printer and my last printer. However, it does not print anywhere near what they claim. I have printed less than 500 pages and already more than half way gone on 2 of my colors. Very dissatisfied with this. That was the whole purpose of purchasing an eco tank.

Within 6 weeks of purchase I experienced paper jams with increasing frequency resulting in, obviously, a great deal of frustration! I purchased this model because of the potential savings with the “eco tank” feature and the positive reviews. I followed troubleshooting tips and guidelines with eventually continuous paper jams occurring. Unfortunately, by the time I attempted to return the printer to BestBuy in person for repair, replacement, or refund it was no longer within the specified timeframe by only 2 weeks!

My printer failed in less than a week. Not sure why it printed half page, stopped and restarted the same job. So I have many half printed pages. And then the paper got jammed one time and the ink soaked half of the jammed paper. I need to take it to return it. I hope you get better luck than me.

epson has lost all quality control, i bought two printers over two months an d i haad problrms with llmy lst printer et 2800 takes 20 min to grt to the ccopy selecction and then i will be luchy if it makes the copy and you lie about saving in k,ihave printed three pagrs and 20 %of the black ink was uswed will probably have to take this one bavk also

Good printer but terrible connection. Constantly having to turn printer off and on for it to stay connected.

Nice printer. How to put in the ink is a bit different, but easy to figure out. Prints well. Highly recommend!

More plastic than prev, or that's how it seems. Prints slower. First unit was defective. Second unit auto installed incorrectly, but was able to fix that with a delete and reinstall.

I am beyond frustrated with this printer. I purchased this to use in my classroom and specifically looked for a printer that would print 2-sided. The specs say 'Automatic 2-sided Printing' but I cannot get mine to print back to back. After googling, it looks like you have to reload the paper manually to print on the back....which to me is NOT 2-sided printing. I am a teacher and print 50 + copies at a time, I do not have time to reinsert each page individually. I am so disappointed.

Very satisfied with it. Prints well, scanning all family pics to digital. Prints out pictures beautifully.

Printer works great. The ink seems to go faster than I was expecting.

It doesn't connect with the cell phone. I have to exchange two times and nenhuma two times that I have to change

I just wanted to plug it in and print but that's not the case. after about 2 hours I was finally able to print something but only after I had to go back to your store and buy a physical cable because the wireless connection was erroring out. What a piece of crap that I blew almost $200 dollars on. It is a complete disappointment and you shouldn't be selling it or drastically drop the price,
