I like the refillable ink feature, but the images produced by my five year old canon printer that was 1/3 of the price are so much better. If I did not miss the return window this would be coming back to the store

Scanner died after less than a year. I bought this end of November 2021 and by end of July 2022 the scanner is no longer working. I use the scanner maybe once a month or so and the light bulb and maybe more is malfunctioning. The printer portion is fine, no issues there.

Didn't realize it wouldn't do double sided copies automatically....how is that even possible this day and age.

Will never purchase from epsom again. Scanner broke, no idea how i never used it. The machine was about 4 months old. So since the scanner broke the rest of the machine wouldnt work l. Called thier Cs, and they wouldnt replace it! Machine was only 4 months old and clearly defective.

Best Buy sales person misled me. telling me that this model EPSON HAD A BETTER QUALITY PRINTING THAN THE CANON. & they were out of the inks that I needed as the ones included with the printer were minimal.
WRONG THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST PRINTER I HAVE EVER USED.
I'd be very happy to return it for a full refund / plus the refills & receive credits. I had to buy the extra refills from Staples.

Unreliable. Does not work most times or has very long wait times to print. Consistent connectivity issues. Not able to use this for my business as I cannot be sure when it will actually work as expected.

I made a big mistake buying this printer. The great reviews convinced me that this was the printer I needed for my small business. I needed something that printed clear, vibrant pictures. This printer will not do that. I get dull prints with white vertical lines. I've tried every remedy possible: clean the print head, do a print alignment, uninstall and reinstall, etc. I've also reached out to Epson directly but there were of no help. I wish I could return this but I'm outside my return period so I'm basically stuck with it.
Do yourself a favor and buy a Canon or HP. Skip this one.

Out of the box this printer was printing vertical lines on all my images. I tried to troubleshoot, re-align the heads, change paper and image settings. Nothing worked. Printed out almost a dozen sheets and it was all a waste. Returned it so fast.

This by far the worst printer than my old one I was replacing it with. It doesn't print on both sides automatically and the scan is a piece of junk. I want to return it ASAP!

I hate this printer. I switched from HP because I am not a fan of the automatic ink shipment feature and the unavailability of replacement ink in a brick and mortar store. Well, I regret my decision to switch to Epson. Check the paper loading feature, it is difficult to load paper and maybe you can print 3-4 pages before it misfeeds. I miss my all in one and will toss this when I find a good deal. My only mistake was not returning it when I could because I believed I must be too vapid to use this one. Nope, not vapid. My geek brother in law had a good laugh over this crap purchase.

Was so excited to buy this printer not knowing that there is an ink overflow tank that needs to be replaced and can only be done by Epson you have to mail the printer to them pay $45 plus tax and wait a month to get it back it is the only option as they didable the whole printer everytime the ink pads need replacing. I will never buy another Epson product what a money grabbing scam!
You will want to throw it out a 10th story window.

I can't express how much I dislike this thing. I have had a couple printers in the past and all one had to do was plug them in and they printed and scanned. It was positively miraculous compared to this useless, unnecessarily complicated mess.

This machine would not connect to my internet. I then I called the company to request help. Even though I was willing to connect to my computer with a cable, they refused to send me a cable unless I purchased it. I returned it and purchased a Canon printer which connects to my internet and works well.

Worst printer EVER. If you do not use it every day you have to go through the maintenance to clean alllllll of the printer heads. So basically you waste 2 hours and several sheets of paper if it sits for more than a day or two. My HP smart tank is SOOOOO much better.

Printer would not connect to app. After 3 hrs on phone with “customer service “ they blamed T-Mobile. Only 10 minutes with T-Mobile and rep said he could see it hooked to my system so machine must have a glitch. Second machine does same thing! Traded for HP and wow in 10 minutes I’m printing again!

Had issues with set up in which multiple colors refused to print which I was able to resolve after multiple hours of factory resets. Then the gears for the paper feed broke and because it's put together a certain way it's impossible to fix it without damaging another component. So glad I wasted my money on something that was designed to try saving me money.
