When I first started using it, it worked fine, but then suddenly decided to say that the picture about the print will not come out right and the printer did not lie. There was an update, so I put the update in and everything works right for a few pictures and then it went right back to seeing the same thing and the pictures just came out all off-center.

Unfortunately, the product is not reliable. In two weeks and less than 300 pages printed, I’ve experienced multiple paper jams, several print head errors and poor quality printing overall.

They never got back to me. The printer is still not accepting print jobs from my printer but i am putting off having to go through that same process all over again. This review is more about Epson than the printer itself.

It is difficult to use and doesn’t come with any kind of support information. It doesn’t do what I need. I was advised not to purchase an HP which is what I had intended and I’m sorry every time I have to use this epson.

Prints nicely when it works
