Using the printer specifically for sublimation ink. Not the fastest printer on the planet but for the price I probably should not complain. The screen is a bit tiny though. Must squint to read it.

I bought this printer in June 2022 and it stopped working as soon as it was used and I thought I had made a good investment and that was not the case. I don't recommend it and since it no longer has a warranty, they can't help me. Throw away my money.

A big paperweight. Always some error message that makes no sense. Refund window closed because a Christmas gift. DO NOT BUY. Cannot print from laptop or phone even after updating drivers again and again. Useless.

This printer is a big disappointment. First, the control screen is ridiculously tiny and difficult to navigate. Also, I bought this printer for the purpose of color printing and copying and already the colors are streaking and far from acceptable. I bought the Epson because I had another Epson in the past and it worked well. Their quality and ease of use is a thing of the past. Very disappointed.

Loses wifi connection sporadically

I like the printer but it sporadically loses wifi connection and I have to go through set up which on this printer has numbers/letters the size of a gnat. Everything else seems great

The top did not open or close very well . Usually got stuck ( where you would look inside to remove a paper jam.) The screen is small and hard to read and manure. It took a long time to set up. It would copy from my phone and my computer but to make a copy on the machine, it had a large black line thru the copies. I did like the idea of the ink tanks vs the cartridge.

Good printer but in just over 2 years and minimal use needs something called "ink pad replacement" needs to be serviced by a professional and is conveniently out of warranty

Wish I would have done my homework on this one you can't print anything bigger than 8 by 11 on this plastic and cheap you get what you pay for wanted to upgrade and unfortunately I can't return now I'm stuck with this and I only used it twice and realized you can't use larger paper in it! Not happy!!!!!!!

Dont buy not worth it

Im upset that a printer this expensive cannot scan multiple pages. My 60dollar printer was better than this. Now I have to drive to a store and pay for them to scan for me or buy a new scanner!! What the heck I feel totally ripped off.It does not print that well either

2nd unit. First worked for about a year then print heads started clogging. Luckily i had the geeksquad protection so i replaced it. 2nd unit has 1/2 of the printheads failing from the first power up.

I don’t n use it a lot but the ink seemed to have dried up and it keeps saying ink is low.

I absolutely hate this printer. I wish I never bought it. It's way too expensive for what it offers. I didn't realize how fast it burns through ink until it was past the return date. It clams to be more environmental but it can't even print double sided and since it burns through ink super fast I'm having to buy in more often. This is truly a green washed printer. Don't get me started on how difficult it is to configure. The app is atrocious

Printer came broken and Best Buy won’t do a return

The printers scanner function came broken but didn’t find out until I was a couple days out of the 15 day return window. Ridiculous that’s it’s only 15 days. Was turned away and told to contact the manufacture. Won’t be coming back to Best Buy when there are so many options for consumers.
