    This is a great idea but has a 1" yes, I said it one inch wide view screen for you to enter your connection information. It is insane. and you have to download drivers for your laptop if you don't have a CD drive!!! hello who has one anymore.

    Setup was easy but as soon as I started to use the machine it gave a E-02 error. This error means loose wires to scanner - given it just came out of the box I started looking up information. Apparently, this is a normal thing for epson. I returned the printer and will find another option.

    never saw a printer fail so quickly. Got a paper jam. Cant get help from epson.

    Used it one time, and I can’t get it to print at all. I’ve tried and it just keeps printing blank pages. The support link for how to clean the nozzles is no good either. Additionally, the black ink is already 1/4 gone after printing 8 pages of coloring sheets. So frustrated!

    Wife loves this printer. She only uses it for sublimation printing. With sublimation ink.

    It is very hard to get the printer to connect to wify. Wished i could send it back but in order to try and set it up you first have to load the ink into the printer.

    I buy from best buy because of my previous experiences which all have been good. HOWEVER, this printer started great but went to garbage in 30 days! I’m not happy!

    Does not stay connected to computer. Most times when I try to print I have to go to check connection and fix it.

    Advt sounded so good. Printer could not install.

    We could not install this printer. Scanner did not work. Best Buy said “too bad”!!! Called sm expert who said the first step on installing was not possible. Very frustrating we are looking into shipping back to EPSON. Sad user.

    Epson acknowledged issues with newer Apple MacBook and 4G internet. Inconsistant messages (from Epson "Help") to fix issues with Apple and/or 4G internet issues. Never could make it work. Returned it. Best Buy was WAY more helpful and accomadating than expected.

    Having the extra ink is nice, but the printer couldn't find my wi-fi, unlike all my other like devices, and it didn't come with a cable to hook it up to my computer. Also, the print quality is horrible. Maybe the more expensive Epsom EcoTank printers are of better quality, but I'm going to give mine away.

    ordered printer on line on Aug 6. could not connect the printer to my wifi. I had to return it.. At the store, they said I would get a replacement printer from the warehouse, They made me pay taxes on the replacement. I was told I woud received it on the 24th. I received my money back for the first one but they still have my money I had to pay for taxes.

    I was extremely excited about this purchase when I made it, but I am now extremely disappointed and would like to throw it in the trash. It is impossible to read the little screen or get anything printed out. I wish there was someone I could TALK to review instructions. If it does start to print you are asked to buy more cartridges.
