Printer Ink tank makes great sense and it's working fine. That is the future. I had tried to purchase this through another store. After a month they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver. It took another month for them to return my $$. BEST BUY HAD IT IN STOCK AND AT THE SAME SALE PRICE! I'll never go into an Office Depot again. Best Buy was....the BEST!

Works good so far wanted to try something different.

It died after two years and two months. I purchased this from Best Buy in January 2023. We really like the ink tank design vs those awful cartridges. Print quality was fine. However this suddenly stopped working just two months out of warranty, with an error message saying contact Epson support (total waste of time unsurprisingly). We have printed regularly but not at a volume that should overwork the printer (we've had to refill the black one time and I don't think we've had to refill the color ink at all. Reliability is very important to me and I am very disappointed. Closest service center is about 90 minutes from us (and we are in a major metro area). Very ironic that is called an "Eco"tank when it will end up as landfill waste so soon. Do better Epson!!

Epson printer as advertised. Satisfied with my choice. Fairly easy set up.

So far I love it. The instructions were easy to follow and it works great.

Easy setup. Good quality prints. Haven't tried printing any photos yet.

The purchase process was seamless. The printer was simple to set up and use. I was particularly attracted to the individual ink bottles and am hoping the savings promises turn out to be true. Only had the printer for about a month but I am extremely happy at this point.

I love this printer BUT it does not print double-sided. Because the older model of this printer did print double-sided, I mistakenly assumed this one would, too. I think their engineers made a big mistake and left that important feature out. My bad. I should have bought the older model.

Printing is clear and the savings on the ink as well worth the purchase.

I thought my ET-2720 had reached the end of the its life cycle, but was able to get it going again. So, I returned the ET-2800 in the unopened box to Best Buy (Santa Fe) and a refund was promptly applied to my PayPal account by a pleasant Best Buy employee. This friendly refund service was much appreciated... I will return to Best Buy for future purchases.

So far has done everything I’ve wanted it to from document prints, flyers, tags, sticker sheets etc. I’ve used the copy feature but am still struggling with the scan button, however the copy feature does what I’m needing.

Love the ink tank! Only wish I got the one with double sided printing. The LCD screen is really small and hard to read. Luckily they have an app that is excellent and makes installation and operation a breeze. Other than that I recommend this printer.

Easy set up and works beautifully. Love the new liquid ink fills.

Great printer, works the way a printer should work

The ink is amazing. I had to print a lot these last few days and the ink hasnt budged! That was my biggest concern was having to purchase ink frequently. Ink is so expensive. I read reviews prior to purchase and this printer is the truth. You just have to purchase a usb chord for scanning it doesnt come with the printer.
