Takes up much less space and it is great that you don't have to buy ink cartridges, just buy large bottles of ink and filling is easy! Print quality of photos is excellent, only downside noticed is capacity for 8 1/2 x 11 paper is less than previous HP 8600, but that has not really been a problem.

I needed this printer for everyone in the house staying home for pandemic. My old HP was going through so much ink and paper it was crazy. Our family had one in college online, one in middle school online. Printing for everyday and school really took a toll. This printer saves ink, looks good, and is quiet and fast. Highly recommended, the paper can hold 1/2 ream, its cool.

The most important factor to this printer is A) Print Quality and B) Ink Capacity. This printer has been a workhorse thus far. Ink has barely moved and we've printed hundreds of pages. Quality is not as good as I would have hoped, but you can print at higher resolutions with better quality paper without sacrificing valuable ink, so for that reason I do recommend!!

To this point printer is working as expected. Set up was easy for me...not a technical expert. Made one call to support. Got through quickly and got just the help i needed. To date no issues. Printer is working flawlessly. Printer was just a bit more than I wanted to pay but was the only model in stock at the time.

This printer works very well overall. You can print to it from ChromeBook, mac, etc. Scanning from Mac is very easy with the free software, but with ChromeBook it requires more a setup with Google Drive integration. The size of the printer for built in scanner is great, the paper is loaded in the front and comes out the front, so none of the old Epson rear loaded paper. The Ink so far is my favorite, it's a bottle that easily fills the tanks, no more changing expensive ink cartridges that often times fail, have trouble staying in alignment, etc. and so I really like the option for the ink in this manner. Document feeder works well for scanning without jamming overall, but with many inexpensive printers you still need to make sure you don't have frayed paper in there or staples that will make it jam up pretty easily. I have two of them now and both work great overall. My only complaint is that the power connector in the back, which is not the standard computer three prong, doesn't connect very well or tight so if you move the entire printer around the plug can fall out from time to time making you think the printer is dead but it's not, it's just poor engineering on a proprietary cable they have put into place. They should have just used the same standard that's been around for years.

This is a very good printer. I like it's compact size. It is a little pricey though.

Excellent printer I have only used some of its features but those I did worked as advertised. I did have some difficult with the less than intuitive network installation procedure. With my old printer I got very tired of replacing expensive ink cartridges that always seemed to run out when I had something important to print. A glance will tell you if you are running low.

This printer is quite loud and you can’t use the paper feed to photo copy! You have to place the paper on the glass to copy it... another thing thats really not that big of deal to most people but it bothers me is the colors of the ink on the front of the printer in the ink tanks is actually not colored! You can’t see the colors just shadows of the levels of ink. The printer should look like it does on the packaging!!

I have to print out a lot of paperwork and this really keeps up! The only problems I have with it is, that I forget to check the paper for times when I know I am Going to Print out a lot of paperwork. I print everything, even emails so it is easier to read. I have not had to refill the tanks at all since I bought it, and I print multiple times a day sometimes.

Did my homework on this printer and all the positive reviews came true! Easy installment and print quality has been excellent! Have not printed a lot of photos but the ones I have were good. Really like the method of filling the ink reservoirs and how seldom this needs to be done. My wife liked that the color which went well in her office.
