    4850 was listed for same price we paid for previous version 8 years old and had the same features. only difference was this came with one set of ink bottles where previously they included two sets of bottles for approximately two years of ink.

    I returned this and exchanged it for an HP Laser Printer. As a small business operator, I needed a reliable copier. Several sales force swayed me to buy this. However, it was noisy and the paper jammed more than I could deal with. Tech person came out and couldn't figure out the jam. The ink may last a long time, but my patience didn't.
