    Purchased for my kids doing school from home. Not very easy to print from. Does what it says, but not easy to use.

    This may be my last epson product. Restarts periodically due to unknown error and goes offline but also recently found out firmware update affects 3rd party ink cartridges, basically so they aren’t recognized. Non customer friendly product makes me turn to something else in future.

    Not compatible w Apple MacBook Air

    After it was hooked up to my Apple Mac Air, the technician said it will not scan because it was not compatible. This printer also uses about 4 ink cartridges. I disconnected this printer & sent it back to B.Buy. Don’t waste your money on this printer

    I really wanted to like the Epson XP-6100, but it took 5 hours to set it up and then kept trying to install Firmware updates and failed 18 times. Kept telling me my router did not exist. Now it quit printing and used print check and said not compatible with my internet wi-fi connection and the router and to contact my IP provider which is Allo. Allo said it was non of the above, but the printer and most likely the area where I was set up. Sure the router has to be in living room as that is where Allo installed and my laptop and printer are in bedroom and only 750 sq ft living space. Come on. Very dissatisfied and going back to Best Buy. I could not recommend this to anyone. I even powered off the printer and turned it back on, but then it would not power itself back up.

    This broke after 1.5 months. I made them send me a new replacement, such broke as soon as i installed it. I am arguing with them now about giving me a refund. I refuse to have another piece of trash.

    Display Screen broke out of place

    I was super excited to receive my printer for work during this pandemic. The delivery was quick but once I took out the printer from the box, I plugged everything in, and as soon as I lifted the front panel to extended the tray, the Display Screen literally broke out of place inside the panel. It’s not like I could get in there to put it back in place since it’s behind the protective screen. I was so disappointed. Now I have to figure out how to return the product.

    It’s fine. The ink always drys out and it seems like you constantly have to replace it, but that’s inkjet in general. It is annoying to not be able to print black and white if Cyan or Yellow ink is out. The UI is ok. Connectivity is there 60-80% of the time (my in-home internet is stable, so it isn’t that)

    The product is listed as a all-in-one printer however it is not at all in one. The printer does not have fax capabilities which would make it an all-in-one printer. Bad advertising and this is the second printer I had to return because they have them listed as all-in-one when they're truly not. Do better Best Buy

    Very poor performance

    Piece of crap actually. Never printed correctly from the beginning. Company replaced and that one was no better. Spent over an hour troubleshooting with their tech people and they said the printer was working as it should. I replaced it recently with a Canon and love that one so far.

    Enemy #1

    This printer has been my enemy #1, since it entered my home. Setting up the wireless was time consuming and confusing. It was not compatible with my Chromebook - other than saving to Google Drive - but I couldn't print from the computer. You could print about 10 color pages or photos before one or more of the color ink cartridges were empty - and if one cartridge is empty you can't print anything at all - even black and white (although it asks you if you want to print in black and white). I had already decided to write a review and then today, after buying yet another full set of cartridges, the cyan just decided to not work at all; I tried cleaning everything, taking it out and putting it back in, nothing makes it work. There are much better printers for minimally more money - spend it!!

    This would not be the printer to buy. It is hard to start up. It's copy & scanning functions work well. The only issue I have & that is my fault. I should of bought a printer with a document loader due to the amount of papers I am scanning.
