    Disappointed with this. Print and scan functions aren't an improvement from my old HP. It's what used to be a $100 printer for a higher price.

    Never Again

    I literally had the printer for 25 days and started receiving an error message after using it three times. I was no longer able to connect to my network. When I took it back to Best Buy they would not do anything. I called Epson who tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Could not get the printer to work and luckily for the warranty I was being sent a new one. Worst customer service from Best Buy ever!!!!

    Worked for one week then stopped. Scanner never worked. Installed software multiple times and nothing worked. Epson customer service is non-existent.

    Wireless printer that's not so simple

    I purchased this All-In-One printer to use with my laptop. I wasn't happy with the purchase because of the difficulty connecting, difficulty downloading the drivers, and the difficulty scanning.

    If I could this this piece of garbage no stars I would. Don’t bother with it. Constantly needing firmware updates and you have to clean the print head every. Single. Time. You use it. It won’t print if it needs an update, so if you’re in a hurry you are out of luck.

    Beginner Friendly and Compact!

    I have always been geared toward purchasing a Epson printer as that is all i have owned and used in the past. This printer is small but does just about anything, which is why I love it so much. The set up was quite easy and self explanatory( took maybe 15 minutes). If there is something unclear on the directions, when getting to that step on the printer there are more in depth( slideshow) instructions. Moving on to the printer itself. It scans, mobile prints, copies, prints good quality photos and more. All while printing relatively quiet. As I stated before the printer is quite compact, expanding on that a little bit, in order to print the trays must be pulled out, something that could later be discrete and pushed back in when not in use. For some this may be tedious or inconvenient, but this works for me. This is definitely something I would recommend for those who are looking for something small, due to limited space, but also want all the amenities of a regular sized computer. “This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

    Had to return it as it never worked.

    I tried so many times to get this machine to work, always unsuccessfully. I was on the phone, at length, with Epson’s tech person. I was patient with him; he was patient with me; but no results were achieved. I ended up returning the machine to Best Buy.

    The screen for input commands for printing, copying, and scanning directly from the printer broke after 3 weeks. Never did work very well, it appeared crooked from the start. Completely quit working after 3 weeks and by then I was unable to return.

    Printer doesnt print - no technical help

    I bought this printer to help my kids during the pandemic. The printer comes with printing cartridges. The printer goes through the motion of printing but no ink actually hits the paper. I opened a help ticket with epson and they were no help. I will be returning it and I am very frustrated with the product. I would suggest against purchasing it.

    Overly complex, and manuals are inadequate. Very picky feeding documents. I have a strong IT background and this printer gave me headaches.

    Epson printer; I was assured by sales person that this printer would be much easier to install than my last printer and it would even suggest uninstalling the software of that old printer--BUT After SEVERAL hours trying to print from computer and phone, with disc provided searching web for Firmware - followed by getting pop-ups with ads on my computer, finally gave up and RETURNED the printer.

    Slowest printer I have ever owned and I constantly have to fight with it to get it to print. It gives an error message every time I try to print something.

    I hate this printer. It would not complete set-up. The “Load Paper” step, the third step in the set-up sequence was as far as I got. Every time the printer tried to create a test page, the paper jammed. I was using new paper, plain 20lb. After an hour and getting a message to call tech support, I put everything back in the box for a return. Will never try Epson again!!!
