i bought this projector to watch movies and its so great and good quality.

I had been on the lookout for a projector to use outside. Want to watch some college football in the patio area. Today i used for the first time and was extremely happy with the video quality. Along with a VIVO 100" Projection screen i got on amazon, the quality and lighting was great! During nightime viewing there are no issues. During the day it was acceptable. Being in a covered patio during the day could be tricky but it works for me. The sound is decent from the projector also. Although i eventually used a bluetooth speaker from my laptop to produce sound. Even without the bluetooth speaker its pretty decent. Have never owned a projector and would highly recommend for not just presentations but for movie watching outside. Its not horrendously expensive and is extremely portable. Would highly recommend this model if someone wants a multi-purpose projector on the cheap. Also plan to use it for Halloween (;

I bought this instead of a new TV for our rec room. The kids love playing video games on it, watching movies and Netflix from a laptop. After getting it set up for our wall, the picture is clear and large 15 ft away, sound gets a bit scatchy when it goes too loud, but it is clear when at an appropriate level. Only negative I have really noticed is that the unit does get really hot after about an hour, which is unfortunate when we're watching movies. There are no performance issues. Easy to use, setup and operate.

Things that I was looking for in a projector were: size and portability because it would travel with me. Weight was another factor, and lastly, price; I didn't want anything too expensive. It also came with its own carry bag.

A great quality projector. Very bright and smart at making rectangular pictures. Only issue I have is not being able to transfer the audio to my sounds system.

I looked around and read many reviews before buying this one. The projector displays s great picture with wonderful resolution. Highly recommended.

Very light, lots of ways to connect. Picture is clear and it doesn't appear to heat up like some projectors do. We purchased 2 of them one for on the road for the safety dept. and one for our corporate training room. Very pleased

The organization of which I am president was looking for an affordable projector for speakers to use at our meetings. This products fills the bill--it's portable, bright in a large room, easily adjusts for horizontal and vertical tilt, and best of all, can be hooked up with virtually any computer or tablet instantaneously--no hassle with restarting the computer or finding special cables or adapters. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

This is a good projector. I purchased to use in our ministry and it performs well. I love the ability to use a flash drive directly so you don't have to connect a computer if you don't want to. - If you do this be aware you may have to reformat the video file for it to work.

I bought this projector for simple slide shows, graphs and charts for business. This projector does just that with good picture quality. I did hook it up to my sound bar and Blue Ray Player just to see how it looked and its not bad for the price. If you sit close to the screen you can see the pixels but if you sit from afar, looks good. I did buy for business and not movie watching...but if you want to watch movies, its not bad either.

The video quality is really good. Only complaint is the sound is not very loud.

I bought this to play around with. I am a big fan. I've had full HD projectors before, like the optoma HD33, and while this unit isn't in the same league--it does a good job. The picture is bright and crisp. I actually like it better than my old optoma because I was able to see the colorwheel effect on DLPs in large scale projection (which drove me crazy). I'm not going to be installing this for everyday home theater use, but will use it for occasional movie nights, particularly outdoors. It makes a nice bright image up to 300 inches. The built in sound is lacking, but you kind of expect that on a built in speaker. It's there more for utility than use.

However it would be nice if it said somewhere that it doesn't come with everything needed to make it work. For example, the remote works with the projector except for the forward and backward slide buttons, if you want them to work (and isn't that the point of the projector), you need a USB cord, that is not included. Once I had that I was completely happy with this purchase.

We have too many doors and can't really hang a tv. Bought this and a screen. Works great and my husband is very pleased on his birthday present

Use this for backyard movies. Bright image, so able to begin watching movies at dusk, no need to wait for it to get very dark. The built in speaker is adequate but will add an additional speaker in the future. Overall, very satisfied with the projector so far. Picture is clear and when attached to wifi can watch many different movies.

The video quality was really good but no Bluetooth capability to connect to a speaker. Would be fine for a small quiet room. I returned it after calling Epson and they said I would have to download an app to make Bluetooth work that costs $90

I needed a projector for occasional presentations. I found this one to be very suitable for my purposes. The weight is not that heavy. The image is clear in standard settings,. The price was reasonable. So far I am very pleased with my choice.

The setup was easy. The picture is great. I like the powerful screen image

Love this projector. I really wanted a pocket size projector but none could match the picture quality and brightness that a standard projector like this could.
