Overall I am happy with the printer for the price. The quality of printing is good I am still on my first actual ink cartridge so I am not sure how the yield is but I am hopeful. It seems to have quite a few nice features some of them I have not tried yet like the ability to print something from my phone . It holds a lot of paper which I like so that I am not constantly having to refill so it is a little bit larger than my other printer that I had, but only larger in height . The connection to the Internet has been very easy unlike my other printer which was more difficult. Phone calls support for the product has been good as I have had to call a couple of times to resolve something. One thing I don’t like is that I do not have a fax and therefore every time my computer shuts down when it starts up again I get a notice saying all of the drivers are not installed on the printer. This is annoying. But overall I am happy with the purchase so far and I haven’t got it at a good price at Best Buy

Printer is easy to set-up and it is reasonable price.I had it for more then 2 weeks and had no problem.Print fast also.

The copier was very easy to set up and to get connected with my office employees. The paper tray drawer is a little difficult to close and has to be closed a little harder than its plastic parts might be able to take after a while. Scanner was easy to set up to send to emails. So far so good but we have only had a month.

Since purchasing, we've printed approximately 75% black & white and 25% color. Scanning is easy and it offers a range of resolution and document-type options (don't need 600 dpi for a quick B&W shopping list or recipe, but want "text & image" and good resolution for most scans). While there are a lot of options for where output from the scan goes, we have been scanning almost entirely to a USB flash drive. Why four stars and not five?--The usual reason you read about. The price of the printer is amazing, but the replacement cartridges are very expensive (on the order of the price of the printer itself). If you only require B&W, get a laser printer. If you want excellent color printing and great scanning, this model is a great choice.

bought this for my family as their Christmas gift, I can't believe how smooth the setup was, it's for my siblings' school thing. I set it up for them and it was a breeze. Also, as for the ink installation, it's really easy to understand where you insert them. For the setup, there are two things: setup through the printer and via the programs on the computer, they were easy as they come. The print quality and time was FAST AND CLEAR. I'm glad I got this for them!

This printer works wonderfully and is literally plug and play. The addition of a wifi adapter and memory card in the printer are also great bonuses.

I’ve had this printer for a few weeks and I love it. I use it for personal business and school, and it does a great job so far. I don’t recommend using the double-sided printing feature, as it’s hit or miss (once it worked great, second time it jammed up repeatedly). It prints quickly, and has great features. It was super easy to setup and install on my MacBook. Would recommend for sure.

While I've only had this printer for a few weeks, I'm really enjoying it. It prints, faxes, scans and copies. It's a quick printer, and the display screen is user-friendly. So far, no complaints.

Love the multi-function capability. Easy to set-up and use for the home. We have faxed, scanned, copied and printed so far. Everything works great 1 month later. Great printer, great price!!!

We got this to add to our ever-growing home office thanks to COVID. It was relatively easy to set up but it took a few tries. The connection has worked well though and printer quality has been very good. Perfect for college or your first home office.

Bought This for my detailing business. It was perfect! Great quality prints and extremely fast. Only downfall is ink has gotten so expensive

The printer was easy and quick to setup. I not only set it up to print on my home network, but also from my mobile phone. The printer and ink were less expensive than the HP printers I have always used. The print quality is excellent. I have not tried printing images from photo’s yet. I am very happy with my new printer.

Prints very fast. I also tried scanning a handful of documents using the feeder and that went as expected. My previous printer jammed when I tried that. Easy to setup. I also like the dual sided printing as it saves me paper. I do not use the FAX so cannot comment on that feature.

The set-up was quick and easy over the wireless network. The quality of scanned images is fine, print quality for black and white and color is great. Though the ink runs out quicker than some older models. My only tiny complaint is the factory setting has it set to print on both sides, instead of single sided. So you will need to go in and change those setting if you want single side printing. Other than that it is a fast all-in-one printer.

Print quality is really good and rather quick for a home printer. Easy set up and comes with all full size cartridges. The black ink does run out pretty quick- but kind of expected for an in home printer. It also scans great great and the wireless option is the best part about it!

I originally purchased this item as a less costly solution to print from iOS and it has been great!

My son set it up and I have had no problems with it It is working with laptop and wi-fi Very clear instructions for using it (I'm not too good with some of the modern technology)
