The price was reasonable. the print quality is great. The printer was easy to set up but I didn't realize the HDMI standard cable I had wouldn't fit between laptop and printer. I was able to connect via wireless however, thus problem solved! The Epson website was also easy to use.
Overall I am happy

I'm very happy with my printer and it is very easy to use. Only problem I've had is on occasion get a paper jam when several sheets of paper go to print at same time. But, it is very quick and easy to take care of jams with this printer.

Need to purchase a printer to replace an old HP printer that wasn’t very reliable. This printer has been great so far. Setup was super easy to follow and getting it connected to the network was a breeze. Print speed is quite fast. Literally finishes printer before I can make to the printer from a room away. Haven’t owned an Epson before but I’ve heard good things. All around great printer for the price that it was on sale. I’m sure this printer will serve me well.

It is great to not have to wait until I go to the office to access a multifunction scanner/printer. Could not be any easier to setup and use. Meets the needs of all of our children and adults alike. Would buy another tomorrow.

We couldn't be happier with our Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 All-in-One printer. We had an Epson for years that finally died on us and we chose to go with the brand we trusted. We have not been disappointed. This printer is quiet and prints super fast. Easy loading of printer paper and great choices of picture size when printing photos. Set up was super easy which may be because we didn't go "wireless". All things said, you can't go wrong with an Epson!

I got this printer in store after looking several places. I was looking for a printer with a top scanner. As I scan many documents, I needed a printer with scanner/feeder on top.
The printer does accept off brand ink cartridges from Amazon. As Epson Ink was getting too expensive. At time the printer with take multiple sheets of papers even after fanning them. I was disappointed to learn that my warranty expired on the printer. I did have problems sending up to scan to email to my Gmail account. After contacting Epson...with no resolve I had to setup a Outlook Account to scan to email. Just a little frustrating. I love that I can print from my tablet or my phone! I wish they still made this printer -- I would buy another one like this.

We purchased this printer because we needed one that could handle tasks that my wife needs for work. As with other Epson printers, the setup is pretty easy with the included disc. This particular unit uses printer ink with over twice the capacity as our previous one. It also has a faster printer speed so we don’t have to wait for the job to finish. If you have cable, you might have to contact your service provider for any specific information on setting up the fax machine.

I had to buy, a print since I am working from home right now. This is a perfect for me. The printing is fast and I am able to scan or take photocopy. It has a feeder or scanning which is very helpful. It has paper holder and feel more professional, unlike other smaller printer. I am able to print from mobile phone as well as from my laptop connected to my wifi. The setup was so easy, it took no time for me to get it up and running.

I was looking for something under $100, with as many features as I could get. The automatic duplexing is saving me paper, and I hope the the individual ink cartridges will save me money. It's faster and quieter than my HP

I initially chose this brand after two HP all-in-one printers that had failed print heads after about a year or so. I liked this one because it wasn't as bulky as the previous one I had. It was very easy to connect and begin using. It is also very easy to print wirelessly from any device. Prints quickly with good quality. Scanning utility works perfectly. It was definitely a good value for the price that I paid. It works exactly the way I need it to. I'm very happy with it!

Unless you have very high-volume printing requirements, this Epson WF-3720 machine is everything that a home office needs. Excellent print images, easy to set up, simple to operate, intuitive high-quality scanner that synchs easily with my computer, print-from-phone, and many other features. This is our second Epson - we got 8 years of great service from one of the prior generation of WF printers. Can't go wrong here, period.

With all the work from home happening, I needed a printer that was fairly simple but offered great quality. Thus far, this printer has been great. I haven't had to reorder any ink yet and I try to print in black and white when I can but when I've had to print in color, it's very crisp. Setting up was so easy and since I linked it to my cell, I can print off my laptop or my phone. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to replace my old printer (not an Epson, by the way), saw this model on sale, and took a chance, and very happy that I did. It was so easy to set up that I thought there had to be something that I was not doing, but nope, it was that effortless. Printer delivers excellent output, both printing from a computer, and also copying from a hard copy. Very pleased with this purchase, and the price paid, so can, without hesitation, highly recommend this printer.

Inexpensive printer but very expensive maintenance since the ink cartridges don't last too long, including the XL "high capacity" which are advertised by Epson as producing 2.5 more copies than the regular ones. I would only recommend this printer because of its practicality but not because of the capacity of the ink cartridges and their cost.

I use my printers a lot. I run a business through my home and I'm in graduate school. My printer really works overtime. This printer replaced another brand that didn't even make it a year. Set up was simple and quick. And she's working flawlessly. My only complaint probably shouldn't even be a complaint. She updates her firmware about every two weeks. She tells you though and all you have to do is tell her it's okay to install. I've had a lot printers over the years and for the price she's been perfect.

Easy setup process. I bought it for use at work so had to wait for IT dept to connect it to the WIFI network. My only complaint is that the ADF tries to pull too many sheets of paper at one time and the paper tray that feeds the printer pulls too many sometimes, as well. Other than that, works pretty well!
