It was very easy to set up. It prints great, communicates with my older computer well. It is also easy to communicates with mobile devices.

So far, printer has made great copies in color and black & white. Is quieter than previous printer. Works well.

We needed a wireless printer for online school. The Epson Pro WF-3820 is a perfect size and was easy to set up.

I replaced an older HP printer that wouldn't print the correct colors with this Epson WorkForce 3820. I have had it for a few weeks and the setup was quick & easy and the print quality is very good! All the colors are perfect. I would recommend this printer as it has been very easy to use and gives good quality printing.

This is a wonderful small home office printer. The set-up is straight forward. It has an actual screen on the printer to help when you want to make copies and enlarge/reduce them. Good printer for crafters and quilters who need to print on special paper. Prints quickly. I bought this one to replace an almost brand new HP Envy printer because the features on the Epson Workforce Pro-WF-3820 were far superior.

IT was a one of best printer i ever had. If you love ESPON printer then this is a one of the best.

This Epson ink jet printer model is good quality and works as its spec’s. It’s perfect for small office. And its price is affordable. Thumb up!

Works great. Sometimes take a bit to initialize/turn on.

I’ve purchased the printer and only because I had brought the similar brand from Best Buy several years ago and it worked very well….so I decided to purchase the same brand in hopes to have it as long as the prior purchase….I just now have install the new one myself…even with a membership’s plan Best Buy charges for installation.

So far so good. Was looking for an epson printer that still uses Dura-brite ink. I had an old one that quit after many years but the waterproof ink is what I need. This works good for what I need.

I would rate this printer higher on performance/quality of output, but the setup process ( software) was very cumbersome and I had to utilize the helpdesk to remedy the challenges. This should be a simple , step-by-step process without the need to be on the phone with the helpdesk. His instructions that enabled the successful installation of the drivers SHOULD be part of the written instructions that come with the unit.

I’ve had this printer closer to 30 days now and it’s been good so far! It was easy to set up and the wireless connectivity had no issues. I haven’t had a single issue regarding connectivity so far. The scan to cloud feature was a bit more challenging. After following instructions and registering for the cloud I found myself waiting for several updates that took about 15 minutes. After the updates i attempted to scan a random item to the cloud and found it to be cumbersome and did not work. The printing quality on this thing is great! Not going to wow you but it does the job very well. The printing speed is average to good. I’m not picky and expect my printer to spit out a page in 3 seconds. I would say the printer is a bit bulky but still holds a modern look to it. The touch screen is sensitive - you be the judge of what your preference is but I don’t mi d it at all. Overall I would say this printer gets an 8 out of 10 compared to its competitors. I would recommend buying for light to medium print/copy jobs.

Easy to set up and use. Has a touch screen to access all the set up and features. Quick printing and works well. So far I have only used the printer function and am happy with the ease if yse as well as speed of printing. I purchased this as a sale item as an upgrade. Very happy with this purchase.
