The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 has proven to be an excellent All-in-One printer. It was easy to set up, download the programming and print.

Purchased for home use and ended up using it for work. Printer is super easy to setup and use. Prints quite fast for such a small printer. The ink use is low so you get a lot of prints from the ink provided.

Easy to set up, and install. Does a fine job of printing, but I haven't used all of the functions yet. Unpacking was tedious as there is an abundance of blue tape to find and remove. Epson Ink is expensive, but I don't do a lot of printing.

I've only had this printer a short time, but so far I'm really liking it. I've had printers since they were dot matrix. This one does everything a printer should, and more. Things I really like: 1) Having the paper enclosed in a tray so it doesn't get dusty. 2)Intuitive touch screen - easy to read and the instructions for most tasks like scanning are right there. For example, this is my first printer that enabled me to set a document on the glass and just hit a button to send it to the computer. 3) Quality of print: I have not tried printing anything photo quality, but the text and pictures I have attempted are really nice. 4) Ease of setup: My household wifi can be iffy at times, but this seems to maintain its connection "smartly" - it re-sets itself if the ip changes. 5) Ink usage: I've printed quite a bit in the short time I've had it, and it does not seem to be eating ink like crazy; I had a cheap ($50) Epson for 2 years before this one, and I had to constantly clean the print heads and calibrate it, and the ink seemed to dry up and get used really fast. I bought an extra set of ink when I got the printer, (some reviews said it didn't come with ink), and haven't had to put it in yet.
So, if this one ends up having issues I'll update my review, but so far so good.

I bought this printer in April of 2021. The ink included in the printer lasted quite a while. The print quality is excellent as well as the speed. Set up was easy.

To say this printer is unusable is an understatement. I have yet to complete one single print job without issues. Sometimes it just won’t connect to WiFi. Sometimes it spaces out mid-page with no error code and just says busy. Sometimes there’s suddenly a page setting to printer page style disconnect. Sometimes it won’t power on. You get the idea. On top of all of this, user interface is poor and hard to fix errors, there is also no setting on the printer to print double sided, which is an issue because their EpsonSmartPrint app will also not let you select double sided! Yet it’s a “feature” of this printer, although somehowI can get it to double print from my phone’s print interface, but this doesn’t matter because it will just stop printing 75% thru the job anyways. Literally the biggest waste of time and money, one star is far too generous.

You can’t go wrong with an Epson Workforce printer. I have one at home (that has been the best printer I’ve ever owned) and just bought this one to replace an old HP printer in the office that lost a battle with me and ended up in a dumpster. Epson printers are easy to use and are quality printers.

I purchased my Epson WF3820 in early December, as, I needed to copy 175 pages of a document... breezed right through it. What an ease to Scan documents and send to my files. It didn't take me long to set-up it was easy. Once I learned how to operate my Epson I purchased on for my daughter and set it up for her, she loves it.

Bought this Epson WF -3820 after my fiancée's HP deskjet 2700e disconnected from the WiFi all the time and it couldn't reconnect - it was a pile of crap. This Epson printer was a significant upgrade over that HP printer. Only drawback is that the ink is expensive and Epson does update their firmware to make sure you purchase their brand ink and not a cheaper brand's ink. Had one disconnection from the WiFi, but the issue was the router that got disconnected overnight. Printer though was able to reconnect without issue. Prints great, scans easily, has a fax option I love and can copy multiple pages at a time - try not to put more than 10 pages at a time.

This ink-jet printer was easy ton set up. It covers all our low demand copy, print and scan need as well as we need. The idea of getting the tank style ink printers were very tempting but we just don't print enough to warrant spending an additional $150 initial purchase price.

The printer works like a charm. The epson brand printers always seem to work excellent. This is a replacement for another printer that was cooked during a storm.

I’ve owned Work Force “WF” series printers in the past and have always liked them. Espson has also been really great about replacing them when they break. I already had an inktank printer at home and i think its very good and offers savings over the long run. But I needed another printer for my remote office. This model was on sale for half off so I got. Two stand out items for me are the print speed and quality, it really looks like laser print but no heat. And the touch screen is great, it is small but works very well. Menus are all familiar etc. Ink cost is the only downside but for my low volume its a worthwhile trade off. 5 stars when its on sale, its an excellent value.
