I am really pleased with everything about this new printer. Easy to use, works like a champ. It was set up and operational in no time. I wish everything I bought met my expectations the way this has. Great value for the cost.

It's easy to set up. I get quality printing and it is a fast printer.

Near-laser quality, speed, and dependability. Epson is of 4 brands that I would recommend.

I have not tried the fax. Had to buy a new usb/usb b cord (from Best Buy) because this printer didn't work with my old usb cord I had for years. It prints both sides, but it's slow. Right now, my only issue sometimes I have to repeat adding the software on my computer. I believe it has to do with you can only use Espon products with this printer.

Everything seems to work well on it. Seems fairly easy to navigate. Have not used it a whole lot yet.

Good home printer. I don't print a lot so I can't speak to overal ink life or home business use but for the occasional printing it's perfect.

Excellent printer, reasonably priced. Quick, easy setup. User friendly with no issues at all. I cannot yet speak to ink usage, but I use it daily and it appears that I still have plenty of ink remaining.

This is my second Epson Pro Workforce 3820. This is a great printer with lots of printing options. Great for home use for sure and can take a heavy workload of printing.

I purchased the Epson WF-3820 Nov 30 2023 to replace an Epson WF-3540 that was 10+ years old. The 3820 does no live up to the 3540 because I get a communications error most of the time when printing. The 3820 looses it's WiFi connection constantly. The 3820 prints good when working, the fax and scan work just as good as the 3540 when the WiFI does not drop. Since I had very good luck with the Epson WF-3540 I decided to purchase another Epson. I needed a printer that could do double side printing, and fax and scan which is why I got the 3820. My WF-3540 was a workhorse for all these years with no issues. At the end the carriage could only print one side without getting stuck. I should have keep it for single side printing.

This Epson workforce pro wf3820, was very easy to set up and connect to my android phone. Printing and or copying is excellent.

I purchased for my cousin that just got married. I told her to pick a gift. She's very happy. She and her husband will get great use with this printer. The Epson name itself is great.

I have been very impressed with the ease of use for this printer. Simple to operate and it connected with all of the devices I needed it to. Would highly recommend.
