I received the Epson WF-3820 all in one printer as a gift. This replaced our old Epson all in one that we had since 2010. The WF-3920 was easy to install - loved that it came in a bag with handles to make is easy to remove from the box. I was able to set up the printer to our main computer, 3 cell phones and 2 lap tops as well as set up the fax. It has great apps as well for printing photos and projects.

Great printer! I love this Epson All In One. I mainly use B&W printing. The WiFi printing works great. All around, Epson has always worked well and lasted.

This is the best printer I have bought. Set up was quick/easy and it is intuitive and user friendly. Having a tray for paper is a real plus!

Pretty good printer. The only negative is the wifi. Whenever I try to do an update, i have to turn it off and on and reconnect to the wifi. It's a bit annoying, but the print quality is very good.

Awesome touch screen, speed, and quality. Paper tray is delicate and take a bunch of manipulating to get it to fit your paper size. Plastic seems a bit thin on the paper tray so breakage might occur.

For the money it is a very good deal. It was easy to set up. It has an automatic copy feed, does WIFI fax, scan and printing. It does not do 11x17 paper which I did want.

EXCELLENT PRINTER! I love this printer! I was able to set it up in no time and it connected to my wifi network like a champ! Easy-Peasy! Nice, clear copies and easy scans... it has made my life so easy! I love it!

This printer has served me very well during Covid times and beyond when I was printing more than average. I like the wireless features, and that is has scanning and faxing also.

Reasonably easy to set up. Prints fast enough for a small office. Print quality is great. Fax and copying work very well. The only difficulty I had was shutting off a WiFi web page on the printer. Since you can only use WiFi or wired connection, and I am using wired, seemed like a security risk. But with a little online help, I was able to shut it off. FYI, any WiFi printing can be done through the router if the printer is wired to it.

This is a nice printer. It was easy to set up and get it working. The quality of the print is good and it’s speedy. The scanner works quickly too. I’m happy with my purchase.

Takes very good copies and crisp printouts. it also double-sides. Compact and sleek looking.
