Purchased this printer 9 months ago. Over half of the time I attempt to print, this printer requires using the Wi-Fi Wizard to completely reconnect to my home internet. Most of the time I use the printer, I run into issues and spent 10-20 minutes troubleshooting and restarting the printer and the device commanding the print job. Usually once it's connected, it will continue to work without error throughout the rest of the day. It eats through ink, but that's relatively standard for at-home printers in this price range with the size ink cartridges equipped. All that said, the print quality is at or above my expectations, but I would still recommend an HP printer with similar features. My last HP printer lasted 9 years with light usage.

The print speed is average, aligning with what is typically expected from an all-in-one printer in this range. Features and Functionality: 3/5 The all-in-one capabilities of the WF-3820 - including printing, scanning, and copying - perform adequately. The touchscreen interface is functional, yet it could be more intuitive. The absence of advanced features like automatic two-sided scanning is noticeable. Ink Efficiency and Cost: 3/5 Ink efficiency is moderate. Regular users might find the ink consumption and the cost of replacement cartridges to be on par with other printers in the same category, but not particularly cost-effective in the long run. Great machine -easy to use -was able to set it up in about an hour

I have had many Epson printers and this is quieter and faster than the others. I am really impressed with it.

This is the first Epson printer I have owned. It has been a great printer with no functionality issues. It was very easy to set up and easy to use.

This is the best printer I have owned. It is really easy to use. I love it. I hate it that I waited so long to purchase this. It lets me know when the ink is low and takes me to the site to order the exact ink I need.. This is the best scanner I've used and the easiest.

The printer works well. I bought this after a disappointing experience with HP printers and hearing good things about Epson. The photos are better quality than my previous HP printer. It goes through ink quickly though.

Overall it is a solid all in one printer for the value.

This wireless printer and program much easier to install than anotherhp competitor who I always used to buy for over 30+ years. One wrinkle was the requirement to get more app downloads per item, fax, print , scan copy.

Epson workforce wf-3820, prints iPads, Appel, and phoned, printers and scanner is fine.

Easy setup great price. Haven't tried using the fax yet but everything else is in working perfectly.

We have two printers I needed one to make copies of recipes I find and ones I adapt for my family. Did not need the most expensive just reliable.
