I'm happy to have purchased the Epson-WorkForce Pro printer. It's the best printer I've ever purchased.

like it very much......so far. easy to set up and all the features work very well.

I've had a couple of Epson printers over the years and LOVED them. Mine recently died after 5 years so I bought a new one. Epson's are so user-friendly. Super easy setup. Pretty good quality (for the price) when it comes to printing. Have had the WF-3820 for a week now and will be returning it. It makes awesome, clear copies when done from my PC or device via a doc or pdf, etc. BUT when I make a copy from the printer itself (as in lift up the cover and place something on the glass plate or via doc feeder) the quality is HORRIBLE! I know the printer has the ability to make great copies because it does when I print from a device so it's not the ink, settings, or anything else. I've installed the driver, played with all the settings but still produces crappy copies. It's brand new, as is the ink and I even did all the maintenance suggestions like cleaning the heads. Nothing changed. Not sure if it is just this one or if all WF-3820's are bad but I am going to buy another brand. Unsure why this is happening

Love this printer for classroom or home use. With Direct printing No network needed for wireless printing. Ink used quickly, but I print in classroom sets of papers of 100 at times.

It’s awesome! I needed a new printer to print my art work. I love the colors. And how i can print from anywhere in house using any device. And it prints on both sides

An excellent product. Very easy to set up. Some reviews have said that it doesn't print two sided. It does print out two sided documents but does not copy two sided. Very pleased with the WiFi printing. No need to hook up cables. I'm sold on Epson products. I upgraded from a previous Epson printer that reached the end of its serviceable life.

Easy set up and print quality is very good. First time buying an Epson printer so I will see if I have problems later and how much toner it uses.

Not being too tech savvy, it wasn’t that hard to set up. Working perfectly and no complaints. Since it was the only printer in stock on my visit no real choice as didn’t want to wait. Don’t print that much stuff so wasn’t concerned about ink costs.

It's definitely the best deal in a compact office printer. The only problems were the initial set up. I recommend that you have one of the Geek Squad members do a quick print test before you walk out of the store with it to make sure the drivers are installed correctly. Also the ink included seems to be a 'Starter pack" not quite full!

Definitely more printer than I needed, but this thing works great now. Don’t forget to install the driver on your PC, it’ll connect and print gibberish if you don’t. Though, after install it has an auto update feature so shouldn’t happen again.

Awesome Printer. All of the Epson Workforce printers are very easy to use and print great photos and on regular paper also.

Printer is great for all around printing needs…set up was straight forward and wireless set up was quick and efficient. Serves all functions for everyday family use and print speed is good.
