I purchased this to replace my older Epson XP-820 printer and all I can say is WOW. This printer is the best ink jet that I've ever purchased. Prints fast and is very clean. I highly recommend this printer to anyone.

I really want to love the new EPSON printer, however, I am already experiencing misfeeds from the paper tray (more than one sheet fed at a time) which was the same issue that I had with the printer I just replaced.

Our family printer recently died and this was the perfect replacement. It was quick and easy to set up and the bluetooth feature is super convenient. I was surprised that it came with a set of ink, too!

I researched all-in-one printers for a while and finally decided on the Epson WF-3820. It had the features that we needed and it was within our budget. Once we got the machine set up, it printed from the computer just as it should. After three days the printer started disconnecting from the wifi. We were able to reconnect the printer and haven't had anymore issues with that so far. However it does disconnect from our network on a regular basis and it will not print envelopes. Every time we get it set up to print no. 10 envelopes, we get an error message stating that we don't have the printer set up to print envelopes. I have tried troubleshooting the issue and nothing works. Of course, I shouldn't have to troubleshoot a brand new product. It should work correctly right out of the box. We only use this a few times a week and aren't abusive to it, so I am left with the conclusion that this is not a very good all-in-one. I would not recommend this product.
