I bought this for scanning multiple pages at one time. I used it first time, it was great. It prints fast and scans fast.

I bought the Workforce Pro based on the positive reviews and what the all-in-one device has to offer at a decent price. After 2 months of using the device, the wifi connection is intermittent and requires a restart to get a connection. Even after a restart and wifi connection, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to receive a document and print it. Print quality is good when it prints.
The quality of the feeder for scanning and faxing documents is very poor. At most, I can only run three pages through the feeder. Any more causes a jam or the feeder will not send the next page.

Seems like a decent printer. No issues to date....

It's a nice printer for students or those mostly printing just documents. The printer sits in an office along with a laptop and a desktop computer which are both able to connect and stay connected to either the 2G or 5G, but this printer keeps dropping the network regardless of which I choose when, in fact, the printer is closer to the router than any of my computers by about4 feet. The only way I could solve the problem was to buy a wi-fi extender, so now I have a wi-fi extender with only one piece of electronics using it. Very wasteful. Also, I tried to print on some heavy card stock. The same stock that I would use on my previous printer which I believe was a WF-3650. The WF-3820 was unable to feed it so it kept jamming. This printer does not come with a separate feeder for envelopes or heavy stock which is major negative for me.

Decent printer but still trying to figure out how to scan double sided via the feeder - the instructions don't mention this and online support appears anything but...
