Love it so far-- easy to set up, and when we hit a snag, we called in and they walked us through everything. Copies are great. I think we'll enjoy this a long time!

Prints much quicker than my HP. also more responsive and faster.

Bought this to replace a Canon printer. Big difference. This printer prints fast. The big screen is really nice. The set up was easy. Print quality is very good. Meets all my expectations. Would recommend.

It's ok. Print quality is good. Paper gets jambed in the feeder tray once I'm a while or it'll take 2 pages at once. The big bummer is that it will disconnect from wifi occasionally for no known reason and then it has to be reset. Otherwise it's pretty ok.

For the price, it is great. I am glad I bought. Printer, scanner and fax machine in one.

This printer works great, when it works. I have bought 5 of these over the past few years and they work great. Issue right now is the microsoft usb bug. It prints the usb status when you print. So use it over wifi. Scanner does not work off the top every time. Gears do not pick up the paper every time. But if you hand feed it through the tray, no issues.

Nice speed, although there already was one paper jam which was quite difficult to resolve

This printer is perfect for business and school use. I have gone through many printers and so far this one is holding up to the use.

This printer is working great for me in my home office. It's smaller than my old printer and does more. And the ink is cheaper too. I am very happy with the quality of this printer.

Like most printers the ink doesn't last and costs too much. But it makes good business copies (both b&w and color). The scanner is okay resolution. It is a good general purpose home printer, and even has a FAX machine for those who still demand to have things sent via FAX. There are even nice features which links the printer to Alexa who will constantly remind you when you are out of ink and that you should reorder.

Love my new printer. Set-up was pretty easy and printed pages look great. Printer was delivered next day and price was less then other sellers. Would definitely recommend this printer.

It's a good basic printer. Prints in letter quality and is easy to use. I haven't had any problems with it.

This printer is a great replacement for the Lexmark I previously had that became obsolete. The set up was simple and fast. The print quality is nice

I upgraded from Epsom NX430 toWF4820 and oh it made so much of a difference. Easy to set up and so much faster. I would certainly recommend this for home use, so easy to use.
