This printer is quiet and fast plus it has all the features we need. The menu is easy to navigate and it sets itself up right out of the box in about 5 minutes. It looks sleek and professional. The price is a plus too. Very happy with our purchase.

The customer service is unbeatable at Best Buy!Zack in Mooresville help me find this printer and when it arrived, it was exactly what I needed. It prints 2 to 2 sided. It is also very fast at printing, I have always had a HP printer, but I will be sticking with Epson.

Simple to use, easy to set up. Like Epson and it was a good replacement for an old printer.

This printer is the best I have ever owned. It is easy to use, and it provides excellent documents and photos for me. I have never had a jam or a problem with print quality.

As a printer, the WF-4830 works fine, but when scanning more than just a few pages it takes a couple of pages at a time, so you need to check to make sure everything scanned then go back and rescan. It's also noisy. I waited a few day too long to return mine, but I would if I could.

This printer does everything i want it to do. Easy setup. Only issue was trying to setup email for the scan feature. However i found that you download the scan feature on your computer. You open it up. Scan your document. Once done it gives you options on what you do with it. You can save. You can email etc. when you choose email it gives the otion to also save. It asks how you want to email, i have outlook. The email comes up. I type in the address etc and hit send. Easy peasy.

This is the fastest printer I have ever owned. I like the 2 trays - one for regular paper and one I use for printing on 4x6 inch cards. I am very happy with the purchase.

well for starters the price difference at bestbuy than other places made it an obvious choice. Printer was easy to setup took us about 5 mins to setup our system again.

Purchased last year. Epson has all the features we want yet affordable. Easy to set up. Adjustable printing on both sides. Two paper trays. Takes a full ream of paper. Little to almost no paper jams. Easy to clear a jam. Easy to change ink. My last Epson was a refurbished unit from Epson and lasted a decade until we upgraded. Confident in the brand.

This is the 3rd of this type of unit we have purchased. It really does a great job for all of our scanning and printing needs.

I've been a user of Epson Printers for over 30 years and just LOVE them! My latest choice is the WorkForce Pro WF-4830 All-in-One Printer! It's the Bomb! It's quiet, has larger display screen (Yesss), reliable, with great color and print quality and easy to operate and doesn't take up a lot of space. My new printer also has the Fax capability and that's another Plus!!! Other printer brands Can't Touch or Beat My Epson printer ... hands down!!! That's My story and I'm sticking to it!!! Nice printer. Very fast and responsive. However, seems rather noisy. Otherwise woid give it 5 stars.

Performs really good, took a while to get us to it after the tech finished putting in my system.

For ease of use and all-inclusive options for printing, I recommend the WF-4830. Can be setup for fax.

Don't buy this. I've had a Canon for years and now I wish I hadn't switched. The only pro I will give is that the copy/scan quality is great. Here are my cons: 1. The document feeder is primarily for decoration. Anything more than a few pages, anything with any creases/folds, any legal docs that have print aon both sides will jam. 2. I like to be able to scan directly from the printer. This functionality was operable at first, but now it won't find my computer. I've checked the drivers and I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. You have to use the scan app. Which wouldn't be terrible, if the document feeder worked. Since it doesn't, I have to walk back and forth between the computer for every single page. 3. The paper tray has issues. It will loosen during the printing and then split text from a single page onto another page and then spit out multiple blank pages. 4. If our Wifi disconnects at any time (power outage, etc). I will not reconnect. If you desire an expensive, bulky, noisy, marginally functional scanner/printer, this is for you. Otherwise, go with something else.

I love that it prints as fast as my last Epson WF printer, but I wish the ink cartridges were either larger or held more ink. And it doesn't seem as solidly built as my last one. But all in all I love my Epson printers.

I like it's fast serves it purpose for my notary business but one defect the tray won't push all the way in it still works but I can't get all the way inside...
