Works great! Easy to use and you can print anywhere from an app you download on your phone. Convenient and great quality

Seems like an OK machine. However, not user friendly. Set up was a bit more work than I think a printer should require. In a setting with multiple users of various ages and none of them are happy with it. They have complained about a small screen/font size and that it lacks ease of use. When I have used it, the access to functions are not easily intuitive and are a bit menu heavy. The actual printing has been good.

I 've had this printer for 1.5 years. I rarely use the darn thing, only print in black ink but yet I run out of ink 3 times since I've had it, and please understand, since I've had this printer I have not printed more than 100 pages. Today, I sit, needing to print. I have plenty of black ink and but the Magenta color is out but still cannot print. With this printer you need all colors to print. Ridiculous!! I'm so disappointed in this purchase. I feel like someone at Best Buy should have informed me of this before purchasing. I now have to look for a new printer because at this rate I can't afford to continue to purchase more ink. So angry because I don't have money to throw away. I do not recommend the Epson printers for purchase. All Epson printers!! I believe this is a scam to make more money off their consumers. Printer ink is at least is expensive and in a 1.5 years, I have paid for this printer twice over.

Easy to set up. Got this on sale and been using it for anything I need. The sample cartridges didn’t last very long but prints beautifully.

Great printer/scanner at a reasonable price. I love how intuitive it is to use and the print quality is really good!

Printer initially created ink marks on the paper margin. Problem seems to have resolved itself after several printing jobs.

This is the best printer I’ve ever purchased. Works great direct print works great. Quality of prints are great

I am happy with the prints. It works fine and was easy to set up. My only complaint is that the printer is noisy.

Unfortunately I returned the item. I was unable to get it to connect to the Internet. I’ve owned multiple Epson printers and setup has always been intuitive. It was not the case with this model. Perhaps it was operator error, but that’s kind of the point, I need it to be easy - straight out of the box.

Printer works really well, but it seems like you need to set every print to be high quality otherwise it makes lines on the page. Goes thru ink pretty fast too

I love this copier. It was easy to follow instructions to get it started. Great product!!

Enjoying the feature of automatically turning the paper over to print on both side, but to get used to which way to put the paper in if I want to print something of side two.

Directions to the use of the symbols on the keypad would have been greatly appreciated, I still don't know how to clean the printhead,

Pretty good printer for home use. No issues with it as of yet. I woukd buy it again.

Easy setup and work exactly as I need. Paper tray works easier than the slide trays
