Setup was easy! After getting the printer setup on one computer it was some to print from other computer on the same network over Wi-Fi. I was even able to print from my Android phone after installing an Epson app. Great price for a great all-in-one!

The print quality on this all-in-one printer is great! Clean, crisp, bright...no issues here. It's easy to set up right out of the box and easy to connect via Wifi. The only reason I'm deducting a star is when I leave my computer on and sitting for days (I have an iMac) and then go to print something, sometimes it can't find the printer on the wifi network. I'm not sure if this is the iMac's fault or the printer, but I've never had that problem before with other printers. My last one was an HP, which was a nightmare and had horrible print quality. I'll take this Epson over it any day. So when my computer can't find the printer, I either have to turn off/on my computer again or my printer so they reconnect via the wifi network. This only happens occasionally. Other than that, it's great.

Needed ink for my old printer and decided to buy a new one instead. I am glad that I did. This thing does everything at a very good price, especially when I bought it on sale. Not much to complain about. It is fast and does 2 sided copying and scanning with a touch of a button. Only had it for a little while but so far so good...

Purchased for a friend that needed a replacement printer at a crucial time. This was an incredible deal and the unit is really nice. He appreciated the price and features and it took longer to put it in place than it did to set it up. Works great, output is beautiful. BTW, works with Windows 10 in case you were wondering. Based on decades of experience with the brand, I always stick with Epson for ink jets.

I purchased this printer for my home office and, so far, I am very happy with it. It doesn't take too much space on my desk. I like the front load drawer for paper and envelopes. The quality of the prints is good, although I haven't tried printing on photo paper yet. I think it is perfect for a home office situation.

It's great for home, the print quality is awesome, easy to handle, totally worth it.

The printer is very good. I use this with my Mac. No issues. The only thing is that the instruction manual is online and tops out at over 110 pages. I wound up on YouTube watching instructional videos.

I recently converted over to epson printers for all my stores. They seem to last longer than HP. Ink is typically cheaper and the quality is nearly identical. Print speed is good to, it is no laser but I still like it. Price point for this one is perfect for simple printing. I don't use the wifi so can't help there.

Bought 15 months ago. Very easy to install and use. Low ink cartridge warning comes way before you actually need to change cartridge, so if you wait to change the the ink really isn't as expensive as other reviewers say. After 15 months of trouble free operation it stopped working. After hours of trouble shooting and then calling Epson, I was told it was a hardware issue. Epson offered to give me name of auth. repair center. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty from BB so I was able to return and get a new one. Would recommend only if you get the extended warranty!

The Epson - WorkForce WF-3620 Wireless All-In-One Printer is truly a great printer despite its relatively low price compared to many other all-in-one printers. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this particular printer and I am very happy with my choice. There are many great features and it simply works as expected. I highly recommend this printer.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: Easy to setup, just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll be fine. Once it was setup, it connected to my Wi-Fi network really quick. I can print in it from anywhere in my office and even from my cellular. Be sure to download the Epson application, it is a MUST. With it, you can print photos or .PDF documents from your phone to the printer, YES, it is that easy. Resolution in scanning and copying is very good, either in color or black/white. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

Fast economic printing at an affordable price. Great for home and office.

Was going to get a HP to replace my old HP deskjet - i have been using HP for more than 20 years. The day Best Buy had it on "sale" (sale is never real sale - it is just a different price than the previous week and will go up and down if you missed the "sale"), i knew the HP model i wanted to buy and arrived at the store. I stood in front of the display for a long time reading all the reviews and getting disillusioned because of the poor reviews ... then, the Epson salesman offered to help. I thought, oh boy - i'm going to listen to some salesman to tell me what i need. But i did. The "reviews" were so much better than HP6830 that i initially wanted to buy. I was also a little tired by then and just wanted to bring home a printer. So far, its been good! It's just not as "clean" a design as the HP but it works well.

This is a good product for the price. We have used it to print photos, documents, and the copier/scanner has been very useful. The scanner mode when feeding multiple pages together to be scanned doesn’t give as good quality scan as when individual pages are scanned, which is a little frustrating/time consuming.

Really like the printer. It was easy to install and very good quality.
