This printer does all I need it to do, with a good footprint and price. Wireless so I can print from anywhere in my home. Also a good scanner and I like the flat paper tray. Keeps the paper flat and dust free.

Love printing from my phone. This is used for school projects for kids and when we need to scan something in or make copies. Doesn't get used every day but always works great when called upon.

So up front, I haven't used all of the features this printer has yet. However, I will say that everything I have done has been user friendly, pretty easy/straight forward, and produced good prints. It printed well and hooking it up to the WiFi was pretty easy. Only snag I've hit so far is the software if the PC side constantly wanting to check for updates (I guess a good problem compared to the opposite, but still). Happy with the purchase so far and would recommend for others, as well (try to get it on sale like I did though)

After having less-than-spectacular, not to mention, less-than OK experiences with another brand's printers, after reading other reviews, I decided to buy an Epson. Bssides, I was tired of buying other brands that crashed and burned way before their shelf dates. Good decision to switch to Epson because the printer is great! Recommend it!

I purchased this printer after I returned another brand that gave me nothing but headaches. The prior printer took two days to set up and it constantly disconnecting. The customer service could not even help me. This Epson printer was very easy to set up. I've owned several wired and wireless printers overtime and this one was the easiest. It is also very fast (printing and scanning). The other printer I returned took more than a minute to print a page. The only negative aspect of this printer is that the standard print quality is similar to the draft quality on my wired HP printer. Overall, this is a good printer and I would recommend it.

I print and do a little copying. When I hit print on the computer, this printer starts printing quickly. The beginning drivers work okay. But once yogurt the driver updates things are excellent. I have a PC and a Mac, with El Capitan. I called Epson and they e-mailed the link for drivers to his printer. No problems since

The printer I purchased from BB had a software glitch. I called Epsom and they sent a new printer. It is very quick and good for office documents. The photo printing is not as good as HP.

My reason for purchasing this printer was to replace a HP printer which would not remain connected to my home network. This printer was very easy to set up and has performed very well to date. This printer has not had any issues remaining connected to my home network and being immediately accessible from our idevices.

I work from home and have been using this printer for about two months. Overall, it was pretty easy to set up and works great. My biggest complaint is that it seems to use a lot of ink. I've already gone through 1 1/2 sets of ink cartridges in probably about 500 sheets of paper. Not horrible, but not great. Otherwise, speed is great, quality is better than average and the wireless piece is really nice (my husband prints from his tablet from the garage).

Printer is fast, works both sides of the paper, excellent with the wireless setup. I have had some problem getting all the colored inks to fully load so that no faded line shows up. It takes a lot of ink to correct the problem.

The Epson printer is a perfect all-in-one printer. It can be used wireless or connected. The scanning software makes scanning easy. It is one of the few printers that includes the ability to fax.

Good replacement for a previous workforce printer. Works great for a direct connected printer in Mac OS X. If you want AirPrint to work had to google on how to get to the webpage settings to turn on bonjour to get it to work.

I used a EPSON All-In-One before, it worked for a while and less than 2 years later. It won't connect to my computer, my suspicious is it did not like my new router. Then I had to buy another printer, I was torn because EPSON was fine and I bought so much ink toner that I wish I would have made it worked. Obviously, I bought a new WF-3620 to give another run. For whatever reason, I had hard time registering it because of my Mac? I moved around the printer to get the best reception and tried re-install to see if it would show on the printer option. After few days, I finally made it work. In the end, I am giving 4 stars because it worked but it took me at least 4-5 hours to install. I could not tell it is MAC issue or the router or EPSON driver software issue.

The printing speed has been great and the overall quality of the printouts has been great. I had some troubles at first with the wireless connection to my computer and it takes a little bit of time to go from the computer to the printer to actually print. Not a big issue but the only part that wasn't great.

For my home office. I needed a printer, fax, and scanner that could hand multiple pages. Set up was easy and quick. Ink isn't too bad as far as price and time it lasted. Very pleased.
