I purchase this printer over a year ago. I didn't want to rate it too early, due to having some and rated them only for them to break afterwards. This is one of the best printers ever! Doesn't jam, keeps the colors beautiful and the prints clean. Will use all of the ink to the last drop (other will stop printing after it becomes low). Very easy to setup and connect to WiFi A 5 Star for sure

Have had this printer for a few months now and it works great. Easy to use and update over the house network. Don’t have a landline though so can’t attest to the fax feature.

This was a nice upgrade from my HP printers. The last 2 HP printers I have owned died after 1 year. This Epson was simple to set up and works great.

Our other Epson printer died after many years of use, so I wanted one that sent faxes as well as printed photos really well-I found it with this printer. The photos so far have come out very clear and nice color, I'm very happy with that. We've only had it up and running a month or so, so haven't used all its features yet, but very pleased with our purchase so far. I would definitely recommend this printer. The price was great too!

I've only had this printer for about two months and I'm so happy that I wished I would have upgraded sooner. I love how it prints on both sides of the paper. A+ It's pretty fast and not too loud.

Very fast printing and I received good assistance from customer service during setup. I am only using WIFI but could hard wire it to computer later. Meets all my needs as a retired person.

The printer was very easy to set up. It's printing capability is excellent and the scanner works fantastic. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who is looking for home printer!

I did a lot of research before buying a new printer. This printer had a lot of extra features that I didn't necessarily need, but it had fantastic reviews and it was well below my budget. It took at most ten minutes to set up, and it was ready to go right away. We've printed from two different PCs, a MacBook Air, two iPhones, and an iPad with no difficulties downloading the necessary software or printing what we need to.

This was purchased for a friend with minimal computer experience. It was easy to set up and all features have been easy for her to use.

We bought two of these for our college students. Performs well with high volume black printing. Good print quality, and XL cartridges perform well.

This is by far the best printer for the money that I've bought for my home. It is super quick at printing, you can put it on ink saver mode and use 15% less ink, but the quality is still amazing. I love the wireless capability since I print from a laptop and I can even print from my smartphone. The scanner is of great quality too.

It is fast. Easy to set up. I can now print from my laptop in the den to the printer in the back room. Amazing how easy the setup was.

When the salesman showed me the printer I thought it a little big. It is little slow to respond to the print command so you may suspect it is not working then it prints beautifully wirelessly. Once it starts, its fast. Best of all, it was so reasonably priced. I had the space so the only reason not 5 stars is for the hesitated response. Copying is faster. I have not tried faxing.

A great size for a small home office. Multifunction and so easy to use .It is fast and efficient.

Easy to install and use. The ink that comes with it has last a lot longer than I expected it to. So far I really like it.

This is a great little printer. It was easy to install to our windows laptop and even easier to link to the macbook pro, ipad and iphones. The print quality is fantastic, it's not really loud, and the paper drawer makes it convenient to keep it stocked in paper and keeps us from having to add paper frequently. Highly recommend!

First and formost this printer gets the job done printing text documents, two sided documents quickly and cleanly. Print quality is excellent on these pages. It loads plenty of paper and appears to squeeze a lot of pages out of the ink cartridges. Photo printing is poor. Simple as that. What you see on your screen you will NOT see on the print. Colors muted, generally washed out appearance. No amount of adjustment fixes the poor quality. The communication between the printer and the computer is nearly always lost between specific print jobs requiring me to pause and restart or cancel and reprint or even turn the printer off and on to reestablish the connection. And yes the WiFi network is strong and consistent. Installation was a problem. It just would not install. I'm running a Mac. Eventually had to make the call to Epson which walked me through an uninstall, manual reinstall with several power downs during the process. Frankly it never really installed completely as evidenced by previous comments but I settled so I could print my documents for class.

Due to both kid's school projects and my work, I print documents often. I've had the printer for a few months and everything works great. The printer connected to my wireless network flawlessly and the double-sided print has worked well. I really have nothing but good things to say about this printer to date. This replaced an 8-9 year old Epson Workforce 610 that finally started having error issues.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: Easy to setup, just follow the provided instructions and you’ll be fine. Once it was setup, it connected to my Wi-Fi network really quick. The printing, copying and scanning quality is very good, no detail is lost. Color printing is a must for me, so after evaluating other options, I decided to go with this model. Good amount of pages per ink refill. I strongly recommend that you download the Epson app to your phone/tablet. You can print wirelessly (through Wi-Fi) from your phone, so printing photos or .PDF documents from the phone is extremely useful and easy. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.
