I've had high end hp printers for years. After the third one died I decided to try a different brand. After extensive research and a couple trips to Best Buy I settled on this Epson printer. Very happy with it. Never loses connectivity - prints very quickly and easy to use to fax/scan/copy! Good deal!

Always used HP printers prior to this purchase. However, I was fed up with all the Constant so-called "Updates" that HP always wants to do. HP just uses their fake "Updates" to Spy on people! There is absolutely NO reason that a printer should need Constant updates like HP pretends they do. I'm not ever buying HP printers or computers anymore! Plus, this Epson printer is Faster than HP office-jet printers. I would definitely recommend this Epson printer.

The printer is a little noisy but that's not a real problem. The only thing I would change is to make the tray that receives the finished print pages slightly larger. The printer uses separate ink cartridges which was important to me. Print quality is excellent and fast enough for my needs. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Easy setup, prints double sided, works great. Allows me to print from my iphone

Setup was very easy. I had it all hooked up and ready to print in 10 minutes. I like the fact that it has a tray that opens like a drawer. Very convenient feature for me. Printing is a bit slow but it is the same with pretty much every printer in this price range. All-in-all this is a good printer for home use and I recommend it.

I am extremely pleased with the Epson WF-3620 wireless printer. Ordering on line and picking up at the store was a breeze! Set up of the printer was extremely easy. Print quality is very good. The wireless feature has worked flawlessly. Overall, I am extremely happy with this printer!

Set up was not as easy as expected. Enclosed literature was not specific. Had to call support for help. Support staff was very helpful and patient in setting up the printer. Once set up, the printer is terrific. Good quality print and speed is good. Also, like the scan and copy features.
