Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the excellent print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format All-In-One Printer. Many also find the wireless functionality, scanning capabilities, and multiple paper trays beneficial. However, some customers note that the printer is large and heavy, and some have experienced issues with noise levels and occasional reliability problems. The price point is generally considered reasonable.

The printer is good, does its job well, and doesn't overuse ink. I like the oversize print options. Slightly complicated to figure out, but I'm not super tech savvy. The instruction manual is just a little vague, but the info is there. My printer started banding in the prints and after a little looking around, discovered it had a self cleaning option that resolved the issue. Had to clean it more than once, but it did work. The prints are crisp and clear, and the colors hold pretty true to the pictures.

This Epson printer is relatively inexpensive and therefore a good value. Print quality is good, ppm counts are decent. Like all these smaller printers, it could be more quiet

    Great All In One Unit

We bought this unit because we need to print 11x17 cad drawings for our business and having the all in one unit is huge. This way you have all the functions in one piece of equipment. Amazed how fast it prints, love the fact that you can scan and email your self. I have that feature and my day job and having this at home now is awesome! We've only had it about a month and havent used all the functions yet, the one things i can't figure out is when you use the scan function on the screen and tell it to scan to the computer, i don't know where the document is scanned to. I am still have to start the function on the computer to know where the document is going to.

I'm a contract engineer, and I needed an 11" x 17" printer for work. This was one of the lowest cost wide format printers available and it copies and scans in wide format also. If any of your associates want to fax, it does that also. Haven't had to buy any ink cartridges yet. Hope the're not too expensive.

Printer is good for a large format at the house, Scanning is a little cumbersome, but is operational once you figure out the quirks. Good speed. Easy to set up.

This is the best printer/scanner I've ever owned! I am a drafter of house plans and I needed a printer to create check copies after my 25-year old HP plotter finally stopped working. Such an awesome machine! I use this printer to make 11 x 17 copies which is plenty large enough for check copies and for meetings with clients. It's still going strong after five years.

One of the best desktop all-in-one units that can do many things at a low cost. Unit use easy to setup and speed of first copy an output more than i expected.

We run two businesses out of our home office and we demand a lot from printers. When we found we needed a second one we were happy to see that Best Buy still carried this model WorkForce WF-7620. So now we have two! Efficiency and dependability are "a good thing".

    ENVELOPE PRINTING PAIN

If you're a Mac user, its great for printing documents, the fax is ok, but there's no caller ID so you don't know who's faxing you, copies and scans great. The setup for Mac is very easy. But of course the BIGGEST PAIN is printing envelopes!!!! Make sure you have A LOT of patience and A LOT of envelopes for the printing as it's going to take time to figure out and even when you figure it out, the next time you try it's just like starting over again. The envelope printing video on youtube is only for Windows user, nothing for Macs. It tells you to use the envelope template in Word and then go to file, print and choose the letter and envelope options. Then when you load the envelope into the printer the option comes up on the LCD screen to choose the type envelope and paper source. Of course you have to choose either tray/case 1, case 2 or rear printing. There's too many issues with the envelope printing situation and not enough room in the review section to type. Too much to write and explain. ALL THIS TO PRINT A REGULAR LETTER ENVELOPE (#10 envelope for letter size)??????? I don't think so and there's not much help on the Internet for that particular model either. Returning it on Wednesday when more printer brands will be available.

We did some research and then listened to a salesman from a BB competitor who said he sold a lot of these and had good experiences. We went to BB because of price and availability and our past experiences with BB.

So far, I'm liking the printer, although it is a LOT LESS printer than I wanted to buy (the Minolta was no longer available). Everything works well, but I was hoping for something a little faster

Trying to find the appropriate cable/adapter for a mysterious port symbol on our Lenovo ThinkPad, the staff in the computer department helped us identify the port (Digital Port, but with two + signs) and find the DP to VGA adapter we needed.

    Razor Blade Printer!

Nice printer and works GREAT! Biggest asset is wide-page printing. Beware!!! It IS quite large. This printer ascribes to the "razor-blade" theory...low cost printer, HIGH priced ink. Even so, I can't understand the SIGNIFICANT price difference between this printer and the ECO-TANK version. I know that there is less "ink profit" in the ECO-TANK units, but the price difference is HUGE! All-in-all, a very nice and capable printer. Recommended.

Service was not so great but the printer is a good one for the money. few printers give you that large a scanning bed and the auto sheet field is petty good. Cost per page for printing is yet to be seen and no one at Best Buy could tell me what the cost actually was.
