GREAT PRICE LOWER THAN ANY ON THE NET. PRINTS BOTH SIDES VERY CLEAR. WIRELESS WORKS GREAT HAVE 2 COMPUTORS ONE UPSTAIRS ONE DOWN CAN SEND PRINT JOBS TO PRINTER FROM EITHER.

The Tech Support was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked with me. So far there was no “limit” on my support calls. This Epson printer is fast to print. You can print from your iPad and other wireless devices. So far the only problem I had to deal with was the WI-Fi connection. I think the company needs to improve the Wi-Fi connection to the router procedure. I called Epson support three times and spent about 2 hours to make it work. Finally it did connect. (I am not sure whether this was the reason, but I removed the maintenance box in the back and plugged it back in. After that it worked.) It’s a good buy and I recommend it.

For the price I paid I couldn't be happier. The full bleed feature works great and the colors (especially after calibration in photoshop) are spot on. Get some quality paper stock and enjoy professional looking prints in many different sizes. Speed isn't it's strongest quality but that isn't what I bought it for (though printing at a lower quality level is quite fast). Overall I would recommend this to anyone who has the space for it (its big) and would like a quality, versatile printer.

Printer was very easy to set up. It will accommodate several sizes of paper and will do 2-sided printing to save paper. Touch screen makes it very easy to indicate your job.

Epson WF -7620 I received exceptional assistance with my choice of MFP from the store. The install was really easy...even on our cell phones. First prints out was childs homework which was the colors she wanted. It is a fast printer. Especially like the ability to print tabloid paper for grandkids color book pages when they visit. I havent faxed as yet... that will be tested later. This is more of an office setting printer...as i always purchase this type as they last longer than most.

It is a big printer; had to buy a new stand. Quickly ran out of black ink. Print quality is excellent. Color is not saturated enough for my work.

This all-in-one printer/scanner/fax is a great home office device. The ADF seems to work fine, as does the duplex printing and scanning. It is one of the few with 11 x 17 print capability too, but I haven't tried it yet. The software and drivers seem to function reliably which is much more than I can say about my previous HP all-in-one. That software never worked correctly or efficiently, and feature progressively failed on that unit.

The WF-7620 prints and scans remotely, even from tablets and phones (with appropriate app installed). I have not yet tried scanning from a tablet or phone, but the printing works great. The WF-7620 is great for scanning larger documents. It will scan (and print) up to 11 x 17. The sheet feeder makes scanning lengthy legal documents a breeze, and scanning old newspaper articles and documents is easy.

Bought this because it was the only one that printed 11x17. As much as we have gone electronic, great unit for a job site. Gave it 4 because it’s big and klunky.

I didn't really need a new printer but I wanted one that printed on larger/wider paper. It is so user friendly and great support from Epson when I did have a question.. Love love love it

I bought this without checking the size. Big guy! It was easy to program, but electronics do not come with little manuals any more so you will have to figure a few things out on your own. Not a tech girl and did just fine. The intro ink does not last long at all. The colors are a little washed out compared to my last printer. That also may be fixed with just an adjustment. But, I love this printer. Fast and so far not one issue with it. Think I would have given it four and a half stars actually.

This printer is fast and the print is great quality. The cost of the print cartridges are much less than what I was using. It was easy to install and set up with my other equipment.

This is a great printer. It is quick and great quality. The scan and copy is a nice addition as well. It's a little big so make sure that you have a large enough space to fit it.

Replaced a HP inkjet printer with the Epson WF-7620. The price was great. Dual paper trays is a time saver. Very good quality and speed. Color copies and scans. It's all good!

I needed a scanner that would scan multiple pages at one time. I also needed, but wasn't looking for at the time, a scanner that could handle larger sized paper as well. This unit had both. Plus it serves as a copier. It's super fast at printing. It's size was a little daunting at first but we've made space for it. Also has wifi and you can print directly from your phone. All this for under $200.

Easy to use, with good quality prints. Having cartridges for both 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17 makes printing documents of different sizes very convenient.

I purchased this printer on a Black Friday deal, because I needed a large format printer. I already have 2 Epson printers, and I am reasonably happy with them based on the cost. This printer is the only one that I will use now, I can get rid of the other 2. I don't know whether it is simply the advancement in technology since 4 years ago, but the print quality is excellent, it is fast, and it doesn't use as much ink as the other Epson WorkForce printer that I have. Excellent printer for low-moderate usage, which is probably how I would classify my use.

This printer just works. The interface is easy to use and fully featured. Paper feeding, scanning everything just works without issues.

Bought this printer to print 13x19 sheets and also the dual input trays and works as it should. But having to put single sheets of 13x19 paper in the rear feed with the paper flopping around is inconvenient. An extended rear feed tray which allows up to 20 sheets of paper would make it much better. Also, ended up buying another printer, Ecotank, for daily printing to reduce the costs of buying ink cartridges. The 7620 should have Ecotank since it prints on large paper and uses lots of ink.

Visitors to our non profit museum of a rope manufacturer frequently want a copy of their relatives names annd accomplishments in the large sized company newspapers from the 1900's. This BestBuy only printer was the only well regarded and reasonable priced wide format printer. We used the savings from the sale price to buy it's inexpensive ink. Anyone want a retired Xerox copier?
