Customers appreciate the excellent print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format All-In-One Printer. Many also find the wireless functionality, scanning capabilities, and multiple paper trays beneficial. However, some customers note that the printer is large and heavy, and some have experienced issues with noise levels and occasional reliability problems. The price point is generally considered reasonable.

The Epson WF7620 is a wonderful printer. I have always purchased another popular brand and this is the first time I have an epson color printer. It prints crisp copies in black or color. It is very easy to figure out how to work it. The 3 separate trays for paper are awesome. No more changing from letter to legal. I just keep it in each tray and if I have something odd to print I can use the back tray. I even printed an 11" x 20" inch game board on drawing paper that my son had created on the computer with no problems. I absolutely love this printer. Great value and great printing

Just retired and started an environmental consultancy. This printer meets my needs to print great quality ledger sized aerial photos with environmental features and prepare high quality reports. I love it.

Great all in one large format machine. Liked my older version which I wore out with many scans and continued with Epson. Good quality machine.

This is a great printer. We needed it for our small at home side business to do large prints as well as are personal basic printer needs. My husband loved it so much that he bought one for his office!

An important note, this printer does not come with a usb cable to connect to a computer! For the price it seems ridiculous that Epson wouldn't include one. It also doesn't include any paper in standard or the printers larger printing size.
First and foremost, I bought this to scan things. It was one of the few ways to get an 11x17 inch scanning bed as they don't seem to make flatbed scanners in that size under $1,000 anymore. For that purpose, the scans seem well enough and the Epson software is decent. It is still not useable for art pieces larger than 11x17 however as it is not a true flat surface and has bits and ends that stick out which can damage anything not on the scanning surface.
The printer itself is huge and weighs around 50 pounds. The box is so big that I didn't think it would fit inside my Corolla so I had to have the printer delivered instead.
The ink is really expensive and I don't know if I would consider the print quality good enough to justify the cost of ink.
All in all, its gets the job done for what I need (which is scanning large things). It is one of the only machines that has an 11"x17" scanning bed and is relatively affordable.

the printer is fast and the image quality is amazing. The other benefit is having 11x17 scanner and print capability. Seems to be a great deal

I have done a few 11x17 posters and flyers, I am quite impressed with the quality. Great borderless prints, good life out of the initial color cartridges. Investing in continuous ink system as soon as I find one that is well-reviewed. This is a very versatile printer at a great price. You won't find anything better at twice the cost.

Needed an 11x17" printer for school and this is the one they had in the store, and it was under my $200 budget. The printer works great, wireless set up was a breeze and the email to print feature is pretty handy.
Also has an 11x17" scanner and there are separate trays for 8.5x11" paper and 11x17" so no manual feed (unless you want to) and each holds a good amount of paper.
Ink seems to be holding well, I wanted a printer that didn't drink ink like a fish does water and this one seems to be doing ok. Refills are not that pricey either.

This is my first Epson All-in-One Inkjet Printer with Scanner and Copier. Nice paper capacity with dual front paper trays that can hold up 500 sheets. The printer also has a 35 page auto document feeder for two sided to copy, scan and fax. Wireless makes it easy for devices to connect on the network. However, I am disappointed on how quickly the ink cartridges run out. Wish Epson had made larger ink cartridges.

This is my second Epson primer. This is a great printer/scanner, and it communicates with my computer wirelessly. It prints quality images very quickly. It does use a lot of ink for images, and you have to work a bit to keep the print head clean. This is sometimes a bit of work. I’ve also had a few issues where lines show up in my scanned documents. But for those two reasons I purchased Best Buy’s warranty, always very easy to exchange for a new one.

I mostly print music in regular 8x11 format and professional heavy stock in the larger format. The results are accurate and easy to read. The heavy stock paper handling is a breeze and I really like having two different paper trays. I had to read the manual to get my computer hooked up and the printer into my total house system but it worked out well. This is by far the best unit I've owned.

I am a scrapbooker and purchased this to print 12x12 pages as well as to be able to scan them. While this printer can accomplish both, I found I needed a software program that has the 12x12 set-up to print otherwise it will not work. Of course that may be operator error and I just haven't had a chance to figure that out yet. The scanning has been awesome with no trouble there. It is also very large and looks like it should be in an office as opposed to my scrap area!

We replaced our printer with the brand new one of the same model. We feel it is very easy to use for printing and scanning. Setting it up to Wi-Fi is easy and quick. We print a few hundred pages a month and the quality has been consistent. The old one was replaced because the paper feeder was not working properly anymore and the pages were crooked as they were printed.

I purchase to have a scanner and copier for my home office. It works great as a printer but the scanner is extremely slow and too limited.
