It is good vacuum but the map is leaves strikes and it is not cleaning floors.

Value: CONS- MSRP is roughly $1,400. PROS-the E28 is often considered a strong value when found at its common sale price of $750. Quality: PROS - E28 Robot has a really strong suction power at (20,000pa), Dualspiral (Anti-Tangle) brushes which is different from other models and work really well with dog hair, Double side brushes which extents is a excellent addition to corner cleaning, Roller Style Mop which is a MUST for cleaner finish on hard floor compare to their old style circle pad (big upgrade). Washable Filter which a plus. Last but not least, the Portable Cleaner which is a really nice feature if you need to spot clean pets stains and also has a self cleaning for washing the hose afterward. CONS: SUPER loud when emptying into the dust bin and slightly bigger compare to other “E” model when considering placements. Ease of Use: PROS- I consider the APP to be user friendly and easy to use. The 3D mapping is pretty cool as it show your home and avoids obstacles like shoes and pet waste with high precision. I really like auto mop washing and hot air drying, so your mop will not mold. Low Maintenance in general. CONS- Like every other system that collects water, the waste water will smell if you don’t change often. The robot has a lot of moving pieces that will wear and tear, so be prepare for the upkeep as the cost could be expensive.

Really like this mop/vac. Vacuum is very strong snd works well. Mop has to be set at the highest water level to work well. After 3 minths of use, the base station is not connecting eith the vacuum, rendering it useless. Anker (owns Eufy) offered warranty service. Waiting to see what parts they replace, or if it will be the whole unit. Still rating it 4 stars because it really does work well, and Anker usually has grest service. We’ll see how it goes.

I think this is the best value with almost all flagship features. The corner clean and obstacle avoidance is great one thing it struggles is identifying obstacle which can hit the lidar.

It’s a decent system, vacuums really well. Mopping is mediocre. Reason for 3 stars is because of the docking, it goes into a fault while trying to dock because it goes in crooked. Contacted eufy and tried troubleshooting but still nothing has changed

So far this has been a great robovac. I upgraded from an older one (Robot 360) after a Black Friday sale. I was shocked at how much CLEANER my floors looked after this vacuum did just a 20 minute vac / wash. Gets all the little gunk/hair out of the carpet, and I love how it is self-cleaning.

I’ve been using the Eufy e25 for about one week now and overall, it’s just an average performer. The roller mop is actually pretty good for light maintenance, but it struggles with anything beyond surface-level cleaning. It doesn’t handle tougher stains well, and it consistently fails to reach under my kitchen cabinets, leaving a noticeable strip of dust behind every time. This is likely because of its bulkier design compared to the competitors. As for the vacuuming, it’s… fine. Not great, not terrible—just okay. It picks up lighter debris without issue, but don’t expect deep cleaning or strong suction on carpets or heavier dirt. It’s not a bad robot vacuum, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more consistency and better coverage. If you need something mainly for light upkeep, it might work, but it’s not the most thorough option out there.

We had the Eufy C20, and we thought it was pretty good compared to robots that some friends had. Even so, the mopping was extremely weak, and it would occasionally get stuck in places it shouldn't have gone. The E25 doesn't have any of those problems. The mopping is exemplary. The C20 is a toy compared to this thing. Highly recommend!

So far so good, seems to be good, can't wait to see how it continues .

Such a great addition to my cleaning routine. Very easy setup and mop/vacuuming transition is seamless.

I liked it but my carpet was a high pile and it was getting strucked there many times.

I had it on the highest setting for vacuuming and mopping and it had missed a lot of areas.
