I have set up this camera outside my apartment, and it does a pretty good job. The only issue I have with this camera is that there is a slight delay in when the recording starts, and by that time, people passing by the door might already be at the end of the frame, which is pointless. It’s good for package monitoring and loitering detection. It has many smart features when compared to the competition.

Works Great!!!! I had the older model before this and this is a huge improvement.

I mainly went with this doorbell so I could store data locally and I like the two camera setup for packages as well.

I was going to get the ring, but after researching, I decided to buy Eufy. The quality is excellent, highly recommended.

It was definitely better than my old Ring, but after just two years and 2 weeks started having issues. The doorbell started ringing uncontrollably and randomly throughout the day and night. I rebooted it which caused it to completely be removed from my app. After troubleshooting with Eufy support, they told me something happened to the base station so the best they could do was give me a 15% discount off a new purchase. No idea why losing the base station would make the doorbell completely useless and unable to pair with a phone by itself with no way to fix it without buying both again Planned obsolescence at its best.

I recently purchased the Eufy security doorbell camera, and I regret every penny spent. The product itself is an absolute disaster. The camera quality is subpar, the motion detection is inconsistent, and the app frequently crashes, making the entire system unreliable. But the worst part is the customer service, or rather the lack thereof. When I encountered issues, I reached out to their customer service, hoping for some assistance. What I got instead was a series of unprofessional and dismissive responses. It felt like they didn’t care about resolving my problems and were more interested in getting me off the phone as quickly as possible. Every interaction left me more frustrated than the last. To anyone considering buying from Eufy, I strongly advise against it. Their products are poorly made, and their customer service is nothing short of horrible. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable company. Eufy is not worth your time or money. Don’t make the same mistake I did—stay away from this brand!
