The doorbell is better than I thought. The con: It took me a while to get the camera setup due to error message which I eventually got it fix after updating the doorbell firmware. The battery doesn’t look like it will last for 6 months neither. The pro: the quality of the recording day and night is good. Able to record it internationally on the chime is a plus. Overall I am please with doorbell.

Great clarity. Easy to set up and install. Had no access to power so battery option was a necessity.

My eufy doorbell cams have been very reliable for nearly a year, Only 2 recharges so far. Very easy to plug in and recharge the glow changes colour when fully charged. Great human recognition.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I was visiting New York in October and purchased Eufy Doorbell at Best Buy on 5th Ave for $150. When I got home to Ireland and opened up the SEALED unit I discovered that the units had all been replaced with old battery packs (presumably to give the empty box weight) see photo below. I immediately contacted customer services and was told eventually by one of their agents I could bring the box back and exchange if for a complete one. Believing this in good faith I waited until I returned to the US next. I arrived in Chicago yesterday and took the box to Best Buy on Roosevelt Rd to make the exchange as I was promised. The manager refused to accept it despite my efforts trying to explain myself and presenting all the evidence I had at hand. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service and to have been SCAMMED $150 by a ‘reputable brand. I urge EVERYONE to open boxes of goods before you leave the store to be sure you are not being RIPPED OFF!!! Best Buy, if you’re reading this and want further details or to make amends please feel free to contact me! I hope you do to resolve this matter and restore your reputation.

So far I have enjoyed using my Eufy smart video doorbell. The camera is clear and has good color. Eufy customer service has been great. They have been responded to my calls. The cost of the camera was. I am pleased with my selection.

This product is awesome. I love not having to pay monthly fees. And when my sons car was broken in to. The police officer that I showed the video to, said it was the clearest video he's seen.

I highly recommend great decision I made switching from blink .

This doorbell is great! I can see everyone approaching my door from start to finish, hear well, and talk to them. I highly recommend this video doorbell!

I love this more than Ring. I tried ring, the set up with the internet was so complicated. Anyway, I really like this video door bell, set up was quick and simple. You could set it up as wired or wireless and it includes the chime. The video quality is great, I just love it!

Video quality is great. The app works nicely too. Sometimes there is some lag though, but that might be due to having me and my wife separate log ins. But no monthly subscription though so thats nice. A little pricey though.

Installed two of them (front & side doors) - been a couple of months and it’s going great - real plus that it can be powered by existing doorbell wiring (and battery if you need it) + no monthly fees!!

No contract necessary. Battery can be charged. Haven't had to charge yet.
