It surprised us as how well it worked like our dyson used to. Hight adjuments are great as we have a low pile carpet and hardwood floors, it takes these with ease! Very good but for not breaking the bank!

Good machine

It did not come with a "user manual". I had to download it from the internet. Only "quick set up" instructions came with it and were not very clear or easy to understand. Other than that, I really like it. It does a good job in vacuuming, and I really love the retractable cord!

My husband preferred the Eureka over the one I had researched. I think he wants to do the vacuuming, agree? Retractable cord is great. Works well on both hard surfaces and carpets. Adjustable handle is helpful.
