We were very happy with our consultation. They were very knowledgeable and informed of their products and it's capabilities.

Horrible experience. 1st they apparently double booked me and of course, I'm the one that got rescheduled. Ok...no biggie, things happen. The guys shows up, couldn't care less about what I was looking for and only wanted to share what he thought with me. Then, I went to a bigger store in another state to look at higher quality speakers in a magnolia center, figured out what I wanted, called back to see what the final cost would be and when we might be able to get the work done....NEVER ANSWERED and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I e-mailed the address given as well and STILL NO RESPONSE. Apparently they really do NOT want to assist with a Home Theater install and outdoor patio speakers install.

They set it up in and did a very professional job nest and clean. Showed us how to use it. Would do it again without thinking about it.

We built a new home & went to Best Buy to check on installation of a sound system. They seemed knowledgeable & we paid the consultation fee of $99 & set an appt. for them to come & see what we needed. We were told if we bought a system that the $99 fee would be applied to our purchase. They came on a Saturday which was convenient for us. They told us it was no problem that they could do the job. We were told by the rep that he would work up a three tier equipment & price quote (Ex: Good/Better/Best) for us & have it the following Monday. I called him after a week & he said he had emailed it & thought we were taking our time reviewing it, but would check on it upon returning to the store. After another week my husband called the manager & told him we wanted our consultation fee back since we hadn't even received a quote. He was told due to the complexity of the job they wouldn't be able to do it & had forwarded it to their "parent company" & someone would be contacting us. (Which means the rep had never actually sent the quote to us at all). We have an appt. with Magnolia which we were told "owns" Best Buy. Hoping they will show up. Magnolia doesn't have the same policies as Best Buy so we are still trying to get out consultation fee back.

We had lots of questions and our consultant answered them patiently! Her recommendations worked out very well for us!
