The installers are very helpful. They answer all the questions and also go out of their way to make suggestions. I was going to get the job done by a local installer, but decided to go with Best Buy and geek squad. Definitely made the right choice. These guys clean up after the job is done. I don't think I've seen that anyone doing that here in our town.

The geeks arrived on-time, and were very cordial. They listened attentively to my plans, and offered suggestions and advice. They took the time to ensure I thoroughly understood what they could and could not do, as well as the recommended equipment I should purchase. I was very impressed with the time we spent, and look forward to the installation day.

The guys that came out were Awesome! They were not only Proffessional, but Courteous and had Down To Earth Great Personalities Plus their Expertise to what we were looking to do was Outstanding! No product purchased yet, but absolutely will be and will call these folks to install.

I met with the Magnolia rep. and explained what I was looking for. He was very helpful and we came to a decision of what would best meet what I was looking for in a system while staying within my budget. The installation was scheduled in less than a week and the installers showed up on time and were very professional. The installation went well and the system works well.

I had taken my time to make sure the home theater would be just right. I had two other companies provide quotes. What set Best Buy apart was the professionalism and quality. The price was very reasonable too . The installers went above and beyond by moving my old TV into another room for me. I'm so pleased with the home theater and all their help in creating it!

Consultation went smoothly. Rep was able to talk down to my low tech knowledge. He guided me into the products best suited for me. Installation was complicated because of a previous installation by another firm. They did a great job under difficult circumstances,problem solving along the way. Also good job explaining new equipment to me.

The home theater system is great. Only downside is that the sub-woofer sometimes overrides people's voices and seems to be too much. The installers, Jonathan and Nicholas, were great to work with. Very professional.

I had Best Buy come in for a consultation at my new house with the intention of mounting a TV and running wires for a surround system. The consultant suggested doing a Sonos wireless system. I spent money i didn't expect to spend, but it was by far the correct decision. The system sounds great and ties into my existing Sonos speaker.

Dave Herbison was my in-home consultant and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to making a purchase decision on a new TV and sound equipment. I can't speak highly enough about what a great value this was especially when I get what I paid for back in a discount on my purchase. Absolutely no reason not to use this service!

Geek Squad installed Sony 4K Ultra HD TV with Marantz SR500 7.2 CH Receiver, Sony Blu-ray player and RF Universal remote control programmed for 2 zones. The Sony TV has an amazing picture quality. Installers were extremely professional and knowledgable. They answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and hauled away.

The experience was about as you'd expect, the Geek Squad guy came to take a look at my home set up to determine what items I would need for the install to take place. I intended to have them mount the new TV I planned to purchase for my living room, and also to mount a secondary TV in my home office. The estimate included suggested hardware (including the TV and cables, etc.). My only gripe was the huge upsell on the estimate, but that was to be expected and by no means obligated me to purchase the specific brand. It was easy enough to go in store and finalize the items I actually wanted.

Well worth the money to have the Best Buy team come out and either install, setup, or give suggestions on what would work best in your home. If you are like us, you have equipment that can do so much more then what you are using it for....but, don't know how to set up or use it, but thanks to the Geeks, everything's all good!!!! Thank you!!

The System Designer, Kelly, was very knowledge of current available products to suggest that were just right for our TV room without breaking the bank. The installation of the tv wall mount and hookup of the surround sound system went without any problems and everyone was professional. The TV surround sound system sounds great.

I am not one to give a positive review unless I am absolutely impressed. Ryan, Ben and team were professional and proficient. They guided me, while staying within my budget to get the home entertainment system that my family will enjoy for years to come. I would recommend this service to anyone that is thinking about putting in a home theater.

Geek Squad came out to my home reviewed my system and made all the necessary recommendations for me to upgrade my system, which I did . We have totally enjoyed the surround sound system installed by the Geek Squad. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very professional service. Our in home consultant worked with us to provide the best system we could imagine. Our consultant was very knowledgable as well in the system components and helped to get the best sound for our application.

The in home consultation offered by the Geek Squad is a great place to start. There was no charge and I am hour away from the store. The consultant was knowledgeable about outdoor entertainment ideas and gave me several differnt options to choose from.

The Best Buy Geek Squad/Magnolia team from Stevens Point (Plover) WI installed all of our sound and TV equipment. They were awesome. The team leader was Andrew Baker and he was great to work with. Very professional and if there were any problems at all, he handled it with no questions asked. Worth every penny and more!!!
